With his North Korean Interiors project, the photographer Oliver Wainwright decided to document the very special architecture and interiors of North Korea.
The photographer visited this very closed country, and took the opportunity to have a look at the very kitsch and retro decorations, straight out of the Soviet era, adorning official buildings or theaters.
