The idiot could have used a string search that would have returned better results in seconds, but instead used AI that burned through megawatts of power and Olympic pools of water to hallucinate half of the output.
My guess is because they were probably forced my musk to use AI as much as possible as a way to promote it. The most annoying thing about the AI bubble is the uselessness of AI. If the goal of companies is to make money, why wouldn't you just allow employees to use either if they wanted and promote whoever does the best work? Its because AI is trash and they have to force it. Most likely canceled the "powered by AI" press release when they couldn't actually find billions in savings.
And sadly, he will NOT have a good time. He's a very pretty boy. 24, but looks 14.
On the other hand, I do not feel sorry for him at all. He's a fascist, a Nazi, and a traitor to this country. He would gladly sell his own family into slaver if it meant he was on the "winning side.
I was thinking "forget milk cartons--post his bio to employment sites and headhunter social media (linkedin)" until I realized that there are conservative orgs/corporations that might see these attributes as hiring plusses.
Your brain hasn't even fully developed til you're 25 years old. A little bit later for MAGA though but regardless, why the fuck was this kid in charge of anything? He literally couldn't even rent a car
I feel like this is going to be taken as sour grapes or cope or petty meanness just because he's a reprehensible human being, but I don't know I'd sprint to call him "conventionally attractive". He falls towards the sleazy weasel end of the dudebro/frat archetype. He's just sort of gross? But perhaps I'm doomed to be able to unexperience his loathsome personality and thus cannot fairly judge.
No, I totally get that, but I also came from the restaurant industry where I worked with a lot of younger guys who looked like him: fresh-faced, average-seeming white boys with maybe a little privilege showing.
But the difference is in the eyes and the smile; you can tell when there's no soul because there's none in the eyes and the smile is only skin deep. You could think of it as The Patrick Bateman Effect.
Our experiences may differ somewhat, but I am in no way disagreeing with you.
This is perfect example of how Right wingers world wide think. So clear on what they hate. Why? Nope. Just what. They are TOLD to hate something, and most of the time, do not even bother trying to learn a lick about it, yet it encourages such emotion out of them, that they 'know' they hate whatever it is beyond any doubt. But WHAT it is? Fuck if they know. Don't be a fucking Nathan Cavanaugh, Learn to fucking LEARN. Once u learn about something, u will find no reason to hate it anymore.
A perfect example here is that most humanities grants require a paragraph on how the grant affects undeserved populations, even when the subject of the grant doesn't directly relate to that community. So this canceled a ton of grants that had fuck all to do with "DEI" just for context less keyword searching.
I mean... I think i feel more sad, i disrespect them more, and pity them (to the point I almost feel... no I definitely feel, the entire world would just be so much better off without them...) so it close to 'hate' but not the same. Anger, frustration sure, but not quite 'hate'- I kinda think that is how u feel too. U learn 'what' they hate and 'why' they hate it, and it confuses you (why can someone feel that way about something they flat refuse to learn about) and frustrates, but not hate.
no no. that may be the case for you, but for me it is definitely hate. i know why the refuse to learn about what they hate. because they care more about their selfishness and cruelty than anything else. learning at best is a pointless waste of time in their opinion, and at worst, an active defense mechanism to combat empathy and critical thinking. to PROTECT their ability to be cancers on the human species. its an active choice to be terrible, from either sheer mind numbing laziness, or from
intentional malice and a sadistic glee in seeing others in despair or pain. they see the line of morality, understand it, and choose the wrong side of it for even more terrible reasoning. theres nothing redeemable in these creatures. they are through their own actions, barely even fellow humans. they deserve nothing but to experience the very pain they wish upon everyone else and then to be accelerated into a pine box with as much haste and zeal as society can collectively muster. abominations.
blights on both society and species, and are so through nothing but their own conscious actions. HATE is what i have for these manifestations of hatred. i understand your stance, and i agree its a fair one. please do not misunderstand mine, even if you do not accept it yourself.
Bet he'll give a fuck when he's thrown under the bus and it's all his fault according to the people who hired him, turned on him and then used him as a scapegoat
Somehow, I don't think that pleading "an AI told me to kill those people and I only did it because of that" will prove a particularly persuasive legal argument.
I really don't expect the Democratic Party to ever actually do anything about this. I do expect a ton of internal double-crossing and back-stabbing though. He's a low-level lackey. They are easily expendable. There are a bunch of people who are going to be considered no longer useful and unceremoniously thrown to the wolves. It's the people farther up the chain that won't experience any consequences. Someone like him is only safe until they decide he doesn't need to be protected anymore.
Could I persuade you to replace “any more” with “at the moment”?? If only to remind you that we don’t have to accept this.
States are enacting laws that make it a state crime to violate federal law. Pardons don’t impact state crimes (and immunity at federal level doesn’t prevent double jeopardy or anything like that).
The consequences aren’t instant, which certainly sucks … but they are coming.
You wouldn't have had to persuade me a couple years ago. Now, though, I'm afraid I'm beaten. I just don't feel like consequences are coming for any of them.
Maybe it’s just hopium but I think dems have simple majority in the house by July and use subpoena power for a string of October “surprises” that cement enough votes to take the house and senate.
Bi-Partisan caucuses ensue, and once the right speaker of the house and senate president are in place, both Trump/Vance are impeached and convicted/removed.
This is why they want to rig the midterms. We don’t have to wait 3 years, it can start in 3 months!

I think we need another solution since trump has shown jail isn't a safe place for such people.

It never fails that no matter how conventionally attractive someone might be, the ugly personality underneath creates disgust.
Like, he's not a bad looking young guy, but his mind makes him physically repulsive.

That is so fair and I have those days myself. I just remember that’s their goal and I’m not gonna let them win.
And IMO some days it’s crucial to pause and recharge and feel defeated. It’s a nice reminder that we are upset because we truly care.
Plus the really cool part is yea, they can beat you down. But there are millions more of us to hold the line until you’re ready to get up again.
