The stock handle on the Rancilio Silvia V3 and onwards looks kinda tacky with the fake chrome and all. If I'm going to turn a steam valve, it should be red and look like a wheel.

The adapter is 3D printed in bronze infused 420 stainless steel, and the handle is a Moen M6320 with a 12-point spline.

That beautiful R-clip? I'm glad you asked... it's a straightened up then reshaped safety pin, with the ends chopped off... The hole is designed for a M1.6 x 10mm cotter pin though.

Here is it is with the Moen M6320 and custom adapter, compared to the stock Rancilio 10060190 steam valve handle.

Here is the prototype in plastic for fit, a failed stainless steel print, and the final version with the handle installed.

Do you have the file on Thingiverse or something? I'd love to make this modification.

Did the same MOD, but as I don't have the file to produce this in 3D, I just used the existing handle.

Amazing! Do you still have the 3d print model for the custom adapter? Do you mind sharing it with me?
