If you cite sources, they should support your claims. But they don't. The article refers to the period from 2022 to mid-2025. The decisions regarding this were therefore made under Biden's authority. Trump, on the other hand, withheld funds that had already been agreed upon. From that point on, Europe paid for the US weapons that were delivered to Ukraine.
