Not of but funny and I hadn't seen it here. So enjoy it.

I've got a similar side charging handle on my ar

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

She's mad because of that weird ass side charging upper...

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I prefer to sweep with a hand gun, but to each his own.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Imagine every time you made one sweep of a broom, a shotgun blast is set off..

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Clear!"

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

NO FULL AUTO!!!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not of but funny.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe because you didn't put a FUCKING MAGAZINE IN, JACKASS!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeh honey, it's clear. "clean you mean?" Yeh, clear. What I say?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Nothing like a high powered scope for cqc!

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It's probably a 1-4/1-6, glass is getting a lot better to the point where variable optics beat out red dot sights. Source-I have 3.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They still tend to block the view more than red dots though. (Which is kind of problematic at this distance.)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have a Razor Vortex Hd II. Viewbox is fricking huuuge. I could see if someone has a Burris or a stupid Sightmark where would be an issue

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I do this nights that my wife isn't home. Gotta practice for when ISIS tries to take over my apartment as a base for nefarious deeds!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Finger straight and off the trigger!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Did you have an aneurism while typing the description?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

CLEAR!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As an Aussie who has never held an assault rifle. How do you own this!? I want one mounted to my wall haha

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Either become a gun dealer with a Class D license for brokering, or work in rural pest control that will allow you to get a 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/2 Class D license. Either way, you wouldnt be allowed to hunt or use it for target shooting, nor as a wall mount feature.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

3/2, because the firearms laws in Australia are fucked up and only penalise the law abiding firearm owners.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dude, I like that upper. What is it?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good checking corners

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

Slicing me some pie.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Side charging handle on an ar-15. You don't see that very often

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

You see them on a lot of Billy Bob Cleetus set ups.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thats because it looks to be a 22lr or a 9mm set-up. My money is a .22lr look alike.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Its probably not an ar-15

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Its not an AR-15

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What makes it not an ar 15

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

AR-15 fires 5.56 or .223 rounds. It has a completely different ejection port that wouldnt even fit those rounds.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

So you're saying a .300 blackout and 6.5 grendel wouldn't be an ar-15?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you notice AR-15s that shoot those caliber have the same upper receiver as the 5.56. Its a mod to the specs, not a complete overhaul

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

+1 trigger discipline.

9 years ago | Likes 505 Dislikes 31

This. Always upvote this.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

always upvote saftey

I saw a post shitting on us for top comments being "+1 for [x]" - I see it now...

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Wheres the mag?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I learned that from this website and when my dad (a cop) got an assault rifle and let me hold it he complimented me on my trigger discipline

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Keep your booger hook off the bang switch until you're ready to bring the hate.

9 years ago | Likes 112 Dislikes 6

Is that original? If so...

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

What the other guy said it's not mine but I love the line

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Right. What if you don't have any bullets? Or clips mounted in this case?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You are one of those people that will end up killing someone. I don't care how "not loaded" it looks. You always always treat it as if it is

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Rule 1 of gun safety, always assume it's loaded, always

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

One of my best friends was killed because some fucking dickhead forgot this rule and accidentally put a bullet through his heart.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

+1 for the trigger discipline. -1 for that scope indoors. +1 for that purdy weapon. So... +1 then.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 4

-1 for barrel peek so its back to even for me. Ah who the fuck am I kidding. Still +1

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yeah... A red dot or holo would be ideal for indoors

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or fucking iron sights. Chill out with your Call Of Duty b.s.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 7

Seriously? Dude, I'm military. Also fuck iron sights, they're nowhere near as good as holographic sights or even just a small scope.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Holographic sights are almost never used to their full capacity by the military though, reflex sights are simpler and tougher.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I swear to God this is literally all 90% of Imgur knows about guns.

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 2

Yes it is. It's become so hackneyed...We get it, you observed the trigger finger...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's probably the best place to start... so I'm ok with this.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Of all the things to know about firearms. This is arguably one of the most important. I'm okay with it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Any time a gun comes up on imgur you'll see that comment lol

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It gets really annoying considering its one of lesser important rules

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Absolutely not true. See comment replies about flagging vs trigger control in thread to comment above yours.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Which would you rather have? someone pointing a gun at you with their finger off the trigger or not pointed at you with the finger on?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's so important though. Worth knowing and treating as second nature for firearms owners.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Its not as important as barrel discipline As long as you arent aiming it at anything you dont intend to shoot then your finger doesnt matter

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I disagree. Even if you flag someone or something you don't intend to shoot, if you exercise trigger control, you won't shoot it. (1/2)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Guns don't just "go off" contrary to rumor. A negligent discharge gets military fired. Flagging does not.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Worth knowing common sense? Whoever needs to be taught to not put their finger on a trigger should never own a firearm, period.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 9

Take a look at hollywood--for as much as guns are used as props, it's not as common sense as you would think, like flagging with the muzzle.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not an excuse for ignorance. "Oh people murder in movies let me do it too"

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Yes, because humans are born knowing everything about how to properly operate a firearm.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

If you're 5 years old. If you don't know trigger make pew pew then stay away from it.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

You aint doin shit with that scope indoors

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 2

That's exactly how you know this is just a tacticool gun nerd.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

Yo, I'll put money down on that being a variable optic. I own a few and the 1-6 is a true 1 power, they're great up close.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

At this distance though even a 1x scope gets in the way.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you can't hit something within a few feet, ya need Jesus. Also, a lot of guys run with 45degree irons/rds to counter that.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

With adrenaline pumping, and a 16in barrel needing to be swung around, its very easy to miss from a few feet away, and i see no iron sights

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a totally garbage gimmick gun, I get where you're coming from with the adrenaline thing, but now we're 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Opening a whole new can of worms 2/3

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is one of the reasons why I like ruskie rifles. Can have scope AND iron sights without needing special scope

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

what??

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Russians mount their scopes on the side of the receiver. The mount doesn't get in the way, you can look under the scope through the irons.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can do that with acogs as well. Ak's are fine but i prefer the modularity of an AR any day.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Like I said, you don't need a specific scope with AKs (or dragunov/KSVK). I love their ease of disassembly, too
