First thing I favorited. Useful to for all the dapper lads. Everyone have a great day!

FP Edit: first time on FP. Thanks for making this Cake day excellent! You're all the best! 22 days left. Get your calcium. Doot doot!

What about burgundy/oxblood? Personally I think it looks better than black and a lot of browns. It looks great with navy, gray, or charcoal.

I need this for women's outfits. Tend to be all over the place

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So basically all these clothes i dont have goes with only these shoes i dont have

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

socks! socks are important!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Live a little. Introduce some chaos. Throw in tan shoes with any suit. Don’t be shy & try bold colors for shirts, ties, pocket squares

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm sad all men get for mainstream fashion is suits :(

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Kingsman sucked.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ties are an anachronism of the long past. Free yourself men!

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Fuck that, wear what you want

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 5

Suit people are assholes from what I see

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 9

Step 1, buy a suit. Step 2, refer to chart to find shoes...

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And don't forget, oxfords not brogues

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Fuck at that business. People should consider themselves lucky that I'm wearing clean pants, shoes, and a shirt that doesn't smell.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

I work at the Capitol and I look forward to session days so I can see all the variation of men in suits! A good suit really changes ppl.

7 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Finally! It was difficult coordinating my 12 different coloured suits, and my 8 different kinds of shoes.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Better yet, don't wear a suit and build your outfit around whatever pun your t-shirt has on it

7 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 4

If I could afford it, I would dress like this every day. I would prefer however to be able afford things like ... food.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In generall your shoes shouldn't be brighter than what you wear. That does apply to everything. And of course there are some exception.

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

Agreed. Or to put it plain: this post is nonsense.

Sneakers go with all of them.

You would fit in well in japan

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Okay, Ellen DeGeneres, calm down.

7 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 3

I remember seeing this post so long ago, been trying to find it since. thanks!

7 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

I guess you're just unlucky. This one & a few other variants of this, plus additional male fashion infographics keep popping up all the time

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is a repost! O hellllllll no

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 8

I feel like people in younger generations will care less and less about this nonsense.

7 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

No they won’t. How long have you been observing this planet?

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 6

As professionalism becomes meaningless as automation and IT phase out the need for humans, you are correct.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Yeah, and im really glad about it.

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Too bad it doesn't mention what colour of fedora I'm supposed to wear with those.

7 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 2

Same colour as the suit. The band same colour as the shoes.

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Yourfriendsnowhateyou brown

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So what you say is black shoes with everything right?

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

No

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

No, clearly the reddish brown one is the most superior shoe. One pair of those + black covers everything but brown.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Except champagne.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i'll drink champagne out of whatever i damn well please, thank you

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I feel pretty foolish now sitting here, with my light brown shoes and navy suit.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That's fine. Its a newer look. Pair it with a yellow tie

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No that’s a great look! It’s more daring but great fashion takes risks

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also remember: not all colors look equally good on the same people! If you're really pale and you have to wear a dark color, go for 1/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

navy blue, charcoal gray, or dark espresso brown. Not black; you'll look like a ghost. Do the opposite if you are very dark. 2/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

If you have reddish hair or skin, go for warm tones (more brown, less gray), or navy. Lighter red heads should avoid black, but 3/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

darker redheads should be fine (though I'd advise choosing a shirt or tie in a brighter, warmer tone like green or yellow). 4/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ashy hair/pink-toned skin goes with cool tones: grays, blacks, blues, etc. Lots of contrast between your hair, skin, & eyes? 5/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pick equally high contrast clothes: a deep black suit with a bright white shirt, for example. Low contrast? Go for softer tones. 6/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don't forget the Californian rule: clean shirt, clean jeans, comfortable shoes, blazer.

7 years ago | Likes 104 Dislikes 4

Don't forget the pocket square.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm from Florida and I say that's one too many layers. 91° and 100% humidity 300 days a year. Men wearing a jacket chose fashion over comfrt

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

yah, im from miss coast. where's the seersucker and white buckskins?

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm from CA and still say fuck those people that do that

7 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 13

Gladly.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's business casual, its a clean timeless look tthe fuck are you on about.

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I will fuck those people.

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I'm from California and I'm here to remind you that Wizard Robes are more fashionable.

7 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

If made of linen. It's hot as fuck there.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

If it ain't made of rayon, it ain't worth wearing.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You're not a wizard, you're a warlock!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You take that back!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hah! I once wore champagne with black shoes and I didn't instantly perish in some weird, unpredictable way.

You will though. These things tend to catch up with you.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The fashion police are coming to drag you out behind the chemical shed and shoot you.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

But you probably looked off

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

On Judgement Day, when the book of your life is read, this fashion transgression will be noted as one of your sins.

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Is that the day you started commenting on imgur?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

People still saw you.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Black tie with your black shoes? Probably saved it with that. Or maybe a matching champagne tie and black dress shirt? That’d look nice, too

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Black bowtie, black belt, black watch-strap... Very snazzy if I may say so.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

"Look at this post about matching classy style. I wore something a bit worse looking and nothing happened." Your point is?

7 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

Maybe his point is that he wants to make this about him & his worldview instead of using this opportunity to observe?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

....or it's an inside joke I don't get. A lot of that seems to happen here on imgur.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

While I appreciate you guys' deep analysis, it was butt a joke. That to. Butt.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That fashion is arbitrary and no one agrees on the rules. https://krl.io/9f792

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And believe me, designer in question will agree with this guide strongly. Color matching genrally is not subjective. The fact that

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

You don't care is not an argument.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

..those are not black and that is not a classic formal style.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1
