Hey Alex, hope you see this. cunt

My Fiancee is 6'7, he has no problem with wrapping the blankets over his feet, he hates when I untuck the bottom of the bed.

Either stick our feet out, or we curl up a little on our sides. Or I guess sleep at a slight diagonal. Really, we have a world of choices!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

You get a California king bed and blankets. Easy. Until your dog and cat take be whole fucking thing.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

6,6Meters?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Ikea got comforter thats 240x220 cm in EU (Length: 218 cm Width: 259 cm for US LUL 86 " 102 ") so just turn it if you're over 2m tall.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm 6'6". Fetal position.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

My room mate is 6'11". I made him a special blankey

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Do people not know there or different sizes of blankets? Im 6'6, never had a problem

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

@Op My name is Alex, but I'm only 6'4''. Does this mean I'm not a cunt?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Which alex...?! I never spent a single year in school not having another Alex classmate... there are too many of us! Of both sexes too!!!!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm like 6'2" and I just have a big blanket. I can have it wrapped around my feet and all the way over my head simultaneously.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

As a tall person i nest in a messy pile of quilts and blankets. Covering different areas

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Feet uncovered calf covered thigh uncovered waist covered abs covered chest uncovered on left side

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He waited a full minute between messages?

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

fixing the blanket, most likely.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm 6'5'' and really just don't have an issue with sheets and comforters. I'm kinda right at being too long for the bed in general!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Blankets and couches are a different story; never long enough.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm 6'6", you get used to it. That and hitting your head on everything

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I swear we could make a killing with a sadism-porn channel where short architects get repeatedly belted in the head with doorframes etc

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I do that anyway. Clumsiness cares not for height.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bf is 6'6. We don't make the bed, just keep the sheet loose. Sometimes I run into his feet when walking by the end of the bed.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

i feel like some lonely person strolled through here, 3 of you mentioning significant others got downvoted at the bottom here.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've been going through and countering the angry short person.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6'6" and astonished to hear about the other tall people who don't seem to be aware that 'oversize' bedding is a thing.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Also 6'6", to be honest most sheets/blankets are long enough. It's small blankets and throws that don't work.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Or use two blankets; one for the upper and another for the lower body. I'm only 5'11" and do that.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

???? regular sized blankets are more than long enough for 5' 11"

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I like double blankets on my lower half and single on my top. But the principle of it is why I mentioned it.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Who has their notification on at 4AM?

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

People who are on call? Lmao

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My notifications are always on. People dont text or call me in the middle of the night unless its urgent. And if they do, i wont hear anyway

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I have night mode automatically kick in from 12am till 10am. All notifications get blocked, unless someone calls me twice within 3 minutes.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ditto. I also have a select call list to override it. Call list. Not text list.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Laying in the middle of my side of the bed completely under the covers with no feet or my head hanging out. The perks of only being 5'1".

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

6'4. Its the blanket. Im so drunk send help

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

My 3 brothers are all around 7ft. They sleep diagonally in beds but they all have king beds which helps a lot!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It's the one thing tall people suffer with. I, fully grown at 5'2", suffer from not being able to reACH ANYTHING

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Hitting our heads on things is also a problem, as is having to bend down to use stuff.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm 6'6" and really the only bedding issues I run into are away from home. Short blankets for days.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm 6'6" too and I sleep with a blanket for a double bed but turned sideways.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm 6' 5" in a queen sized bed. I sleep diagonally with a handmade quilt, made cause my family is generally 6' 5" - 7'.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Are you Vikings?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Irishmen and Native Americans, I have no idea how they met

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Anyone think of Taking Back Sunday when they read that?

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Scrolled down to see if someone already commented about it before I was going to. Lol

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You mean The Used, right? That’s a line straight out of The Taste of Ink.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yes. That.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Shit, your right. My bad

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

18 year old me loved that album.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

33 year old me just repurchased the album. Still love it.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

At friends house who is like 6'8" he says, "can verify"

8 years ago | Likes 127 Dislikes 4

I'm 6'5". I personally like my feet sticking out. It helps regulate my body temperature.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm a little bit shorter at 6'4 but I usually go with the fetal position tog get all limbs under ze blanket.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm also 6'4. I literally just bought a bigger blanket.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

And got downvoted for it? wtf

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So that's reason he can't sleep well, right ????

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ouch. The same height as "The Mountain" from GoT. My bro has enough trouble being 6'3".

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I'm getting the feeling that there are angry short people downvoting some of these comments.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm only 5'4", and I use multiple blankets to cover the distance...I think the blanket industry tries to make them short sometimes.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Do you know how many bananas that is?

8 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 1

6'8" worth

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Whatever happened to that bot that converts lengths and amounts of money to their banana equivalent?

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

at least 1

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Between 10 and 11 bananas

8 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

The average is 7 to 8 inches so yeah actually. I was half expecting someone to say a hand full.

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Yes, a bushel of bananas

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Wait, my name is Alex and I’m tall. WHO ARE YOU

8 years ago | Likes 161 Dislikes 4

I'M A 6,5 ALEX WTF

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Duuuuuude I'm a 6'6" tall Alex too!!! Greetings Brother

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Okay, this is getting freaky. Judging by the replies, here are an awful lot of you.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yeah same..... lol

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He’s reposter #1860326

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

That number seems low... Or high.. I can't estimate well...

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

If only there was a bot that dealt in these types of statistics

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

KeanuWhoa.gif

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well if I had to guess, I'd say he's Daniel

8 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 0

I am also a 6'6" Alex. Any chance the name grants us our height?

8 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

Only a 6'1" here. Damn you, share some with the rest of us

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

funny a friend of mine is 1m97 and his name is Axel. It's a sign!

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Nope. 5'6'' Alex here.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

5'6" Alex here as well!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

5"6 Levi here...I never see anyone with my name so I intrude into situations I am not relevant to...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm also an Alex. Also Alex is not the tall person in this conversation

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The main problem is the taughtness of sheets on the foot end. If a bed is made, you have to kick the sheets to get room or your feet hurt.

8 years ago | Likes 500 Dislikes 1

I thought I was the only one

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Big bed, diagonal.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My wife won't have that, I have a king. I have to go semi-fetal.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So confused by "taughtness" (not a native English speaker, first time I've seen it). Just so you know, it's actually tautness (thx Google)

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck the tuck.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I usually just tuck the sheet in a way that makes it waaaaay too long. That way it's plenty loose if I only pull it up to my chin.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm 5'1" but I hate the tucked in sheet. It makes me feel trapped.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I never understand why people do that with duvets. I want to be able to move my duvet around, stop locking it into place!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just scoot up further on the mattress. Stick the pillow about 5" past the top of the mattress, gives that extra bit of space.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm 6'4" and sleep on a kingsize bed. My pillow is on the baseboard, my head inches from it. If I point my toes they hang off the bed.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This means if I don't point them and sleep on my back they are being assaulted by the sheet.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You have a board at the top of your bed? Don't know what to say in that case, I hang off the top end of the mattress for the extra space.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's why you don't tuck the sheet, wrap your feet in them and it's like a sleeping bag :}

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

5 feet tall, (155cm) still kick the sheets.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I hate that.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don't make your bed.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have to. Dog. Dog hair in bed.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My doggo is too old to get on the bed.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is my solution to every problem. So far it's working out for me.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I never made my ged til I got my first pet. A cat.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tell that to my wife.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Shhhh.... Mine too

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Omg I could never sleep with that sheet or tuck my sheets in. I'm 6' but it's just a personal claustrophobia thing. I feel trapped

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And I always like my feet sticking out or I get hot

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm 5'10" and I have this problem too. I'm confused.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ankle gets all stiff

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do people really sleep with their feet tucked in? I always have my feet outside of my blanket.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Only short people. Anyone at six feet and above are practically guaranteed to have feet out.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No tucking here. It maked me claustrophobic!

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Makes*

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For me its the best of both worlds. I let my feet dangle slightly off the bed with the blanket on top asnd the cool air on the bottom.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Since I'm in AL USA I've been sleeping on top of the covers the past 4 months or so.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

How do you keep the monsters and ghost from getting them?

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Well after spending a few days in the Ghost House, you find out that they aren't after feet. They prefer butts.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So... one tuck, one no tuck?

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Fuck tuck.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Make mine a tuck

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No tuck i want no tuck. I dont like the tuck

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

You get used to it after a while

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

"...if a bed is made"? You get under the covers without, should we say, unmaking the bed?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Traditionally a "made bed" consists of a fitted sheet, then a sheet, then a comforter or quilt tucked under the mattress.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ah, the American way. Also known as The Four Seasons Tuck. I've never seen that in a private home outside of the US.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

These sheets often remain tucked, but 12 inches of foot under a tight tuck is very uncomfortable so you fight it every night above 6'2".

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or you just go "wait, why would I bother making this bed in a fashion that's a pain in the ass to use?"

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Cause the wife likes it that way and if you don't do it the way the wife likes then you're wrong. At least in my experience

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0
