Crazy how people can look so different with the same weight

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You have it.

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

do not drink this soda, or do I'm not your supervisor. Just know I warned you.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Is it a soda? I always thought it was carbonated black pepper.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

more like carbonated black licorice

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Your arms are doing really well. Mine went all sloppy. Keep it up. I’m proud of you internet stranger

5 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Oh man - if I wiggle mine around fast enough I may take flight lol! But I’m proud of my wings!! Congrats on your progress as well.

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

try inclined press ups. its a great way to ease yourself into full press ups plus it firms up the bingo wing's, worked wonders for me.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I do push up progressions twice a week!! That’s a big goal of mine - full push-up!

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

you WILL! get there. it takes time but you can do this. to anyone seeing this. YOU CAN DO THIS! never stop trying.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Looks like a lot of work paying off. Put on some muscle under that skin. Build booty, with backwards cycling and elliptical.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Also squats. Do a circuit of pushups, sit ups, squats, and flutter kicks. Do it 3 times. The triceps will tighten your arms, better.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I do heavy lifting push/pull routines at the gym, 2 upper body focused, 2 lower body focused. I’m all about the heavy squats and dead’s...

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I do all “heavy” sets to fatigue. If I can go past 8 reps, I increase load for the following set. If I can’t do more than 4 reps, I deload

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lower A: Heavy Deadlift, light squat, Single hip hinge, leg press calf raise, Bulgarian split squat

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lower B: heavy squat, light deadlift, back extension, standard split squat, calf raises, hip thrust

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Upper A: bar bench, db row, shoulder press, tricep pull, raises, curls Upper B: pull up progressions, db bench, bar row, lat pull, inc press

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Good job...

Why the ellipsis?

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

So that's what it's called...

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I listened to something on the radio about how the "..." comes across as passive aggressive to younger generations and it is the older >

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

idea it reads weirdly. Even when she uses the "..." I feel all irked even though I know she didn't send it on her end with that intention.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wanted to add to it, but figured I said enough.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I know what you mean....

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm so proud of you! Not only for working hard to lose the weight, but u having the guts to show the real u to the internet. I lost 225lb.--

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What an incredible loss!! Great work!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

a few yrs ago, but was unable to properly excercise bcuz I had broken 4 vertebrae & can't afford surgery to remove the extra skin. I -->

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

will never be brave enough to show what is lurking under my clothes. I think it's really great that u did this while u are young & can-->

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Out of curiosity, how tall are you?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

5’4”

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Well - 5’3.75”

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

162cm for us metric users

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

FREEDOM UNITS ONLY K. Just kidding. I’m a geophysicist. Being on the SI units plz

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ok. Thanks. I’m 5’7” (and lost a bunch of weight), but have a hard time figuring out what taller and shorter people weigh.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh man yea - it’s a crap shoot. I’m bottom heavy - so my top is disproportionately small compared to the bottom

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You might be the only person to lose weight during lockdown.

5 years ago | Likes 439 Dislikes 2

I've lost ~115lbs since lockdown started. Jus haven't really been keeping track of it, bc I didn't know we were supposed to.??‍♀️

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I went vegetarian in December, I'm down 8 pounds. Haven't even started exercising.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Lost 10 pounds overworking and smoking weed all day. Once you get used to having access to snacks 24/7, you lose the FOMO on calories.

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I’ve lost about 20kg of semen

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I lost at least 15ish I think

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm sure Herman Cain weighs less now than when lockdown started. ...Srly tho congrats on getting healthy OP.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Good news! I found it. ?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I lost 65lbs any my wife lost nearly 40.

5 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Good job!

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Daaaaamn good job!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Down about 15 from a year ago

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah I lost 10... then my bf broke up w me and I gained 15. Womp womp.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I lost 20 then gained 25. I don’t even have a good excuse. Womp womp.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've upped my workouts during quarantine with the extra time.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Same. I lost 115lbs between 2016-2019 but gained 30 back during lockdown. I really miss weight lifting.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

95 lbs here. 63 lbs documented in my posts.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm down a buckle loop from pre-covid—went up 2 and back down 3.

5 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 0

Not quite as extreme for me, but the length of the lockdown has resulted in me coming back around to losing overall. I can deal with that.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Good job buddy! I just got a smaller belt this week

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You ain’t lying I gained 20 pounds during lockdown smh

5 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Working off my Covid-19 pounds too. My main problem is I'm a boredom eater. Started eating sunflower seeds and chewing gum helps with that.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Im not eating the chewing gum just...chewing it. Dang, I messed that sentence up!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Whatever you’ve been doing is working! Keep going & change it up if you hit a plateau. I don’t know if it matters, but I’m proud of you!

5 years ago | Likes 882 Dislikes 3

How do I get you to be proud of me?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Check your Ryan Reynolds comment.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You're cool. Feels good to make someone proud.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

what if it's coke

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

No no soft drinks at all (lolz).

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Then if you plateau switch to meth!

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

If my teeth fall out I can’t chew anything anyway

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

LOL!!

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks! I’ve hit multiple plateaus - change it up is the best advice. If I’m stuck for a week or so, I up my carbs for a day. Then Whoosh!

5 years ago | Likes 197 Dislikes 0

This is such a hard thing to do, a lot of times because ppl dont know how to approach it well. Kudos to ur strength and perspicacity!

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Your post was the sign I asked for, believe it or not. You look amazing @OP!!

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

AWW yay! Get them gains (and losses!)

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

What diet plan have you followed?

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I also don’t eat after 8pm (I was developing GERD). And Zero alcohol period ever.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Carbs 25% Protein 40% Fat 35%. When I stall, I track everything and see if I’m doing as well as I think am nutrition wise.

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I follow a macro based plan. Protein is a priority. The carbs I take in are from fruits and vegetables and minimal whole grains.

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I will then up my calories and swap my fat and carb macro percentages for a few weeks. I lift heavy and I need to give my body enough fuel.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Normally doing this breaks the stall immediately, but if it doesn’t, I hang there for a few weeks until the numbers start moving again

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Up your carbs ?

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I burn anywhere from 500-900 lifting. I need the carbs to fuel my activity. If I don’t provide enough, my body is like AH WE ARE STARVED

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Omg yes! And then it hangs onto weight like crazy

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

YES. Also - menstruating humans retain water due to cycle related hormonal variations - so I have 7-10 days where my weight is high.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

But then my hormones behave and I drop the excess plus some. It’s like clockwork. Up 5 lbs, down 7lbs every 4 weeks lol

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Really?? Thanks, I just lost 20lbs and got stuck and gave up.. thanks for that advice I'm back now cuzza u..

5 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 0

<3 you got this

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

A cheat day once a week full of stacks of pancakes works for me.

5 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

I've always said the best diet for you is the one you can stick to. Even if that's 6 days a week of clean eating and one day of pancakes.

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Kodiak cakes are the best for it.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Also remember that sometimes it takes a while for your body to “realize” you’ve changed something. Be patient - stalls can Last a while

5 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

I keep hitting plateaus :( What do you mean by upping carbs for the day? Any help would be appreciated! You’re looking fab!!

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Oh I just read your other comment threads! Amazing, I’ll try to shake it up a bit and add in weights :)

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Lost 30 lbs and still going... ok ... I've been sick AF but weight loss is still weight loss?

5 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

I feel you. I had a bout of rhabdomyolysis and have dropped 15 pounds. I’m hoping to keep it off now that I’m healed up.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

01. I gained a lot of weight the first 3 months of confinement, lots of emotionaleatin. So when I got sick this summer, I was at my heaviest

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

02. Emotional eating*. GOt sick in August and quickly dropped 15 lbs. It's been a motivator since and now I've lost over double! Keep it up!

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The Covid-19 pounds is a real thing for a lot of people. I’m hoping to drop 10 more pounds in the next 2 months. Slow & steady changes.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have the meundies bike print too, represent lol.

5 years ago | Likes 90 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

They are super cute!! and great job on the weight loss

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I think I own every fit meundies has, I just happened to get that print in one if my favorites. I try and wear it as much as possible xD

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

My favorite prints are the s’mores and the cameras!!

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The bikes and a few of the winter prints are mine. The little mooses and trees one might be my favorite.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The prints are awesome, but let’s talk about the fit and the quality. Are they worth it?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Quality is awesome, very comfortable. They have quite a few fits on both sides male/female and I've tried most of them. I'd recommend them.
