try inclined press ups. its a great way to ease yourself into full press ups plus it firms up the bingo wing's, worked wonders for me.
I do push up progressions twice a week!! That’s a big goal of mine - full push-up!

Looks like a lot of work paying off. Put on some muscle under that skin. Build booty, with backwards cycling and elliptical.
Also squats. Do a circuit of pushups, sit ups, squats, and flutter kicks. Do it 3 times. The triceps will tighten your arms, better.
I do heavy lifting push/pull routines at the gym, 2 upper body focused, 2 lower body focused. I’m all about the heavy squats and dead’s...
I do all “heavy” sets to fatigue. If I can go past 8 reps, I increase load for the following set. If I can’t do more than 4 reps, I deload
Lower A: Heavy Deadlift, light squat, Single hip hinge, leg press calf raise, Bulgarian split squat
Lower B: heavy squat, light deadlift, back extension, standard split squat, calf raises, hip thrust

What diet plan have you followed?
I also don’t eat after 8pm (I was developing GERD). And Zero alcohol period ever.
Carbs 25% Protein 40% Fat 35%. When I stall, I track everything and see if I’m doing as well as I think am nutrition wise.

I follow a macro based plan. Protein is a priority. The carbs I take in are from fruits and vegetables and minimal whole grains.
I will then up my calories and swap my fat and carb macro percentages for a few weeks. I lift heavy and I need to give my body enough fuel.
Normally doing this breaks the stall immediately, but if it doesn’t, I hang there for a few weeks until the numbers start moving again

YES. Also - menstruating humans retain water due to cycle related hormonal variations - so I have 7-10 days where my weight is high.
But then my hormones behave and I drop the excess plus some. It’s like clockwork. Up 5 lbs, down 7lbs every 4 weeks lol

I've always said the best diet for you is the one you can stick to. Even if that's 6 days a week of clean eating and one day of pancakes.
Kodiak cakes are the best for it.
Also remember that sometimes it takes a while for your body to “realize” you’ve changed something. Be patient - stalls can Last a while

I feel you. I had a bout of rhabdomyolysis and have dropped 15 pounds. I’m hoping to keep it off now that I’m healed up.
01. I gained a lot of weight the first 3 months of confinement, lots of emotionaleatin. So when I got sick this summer, I was at my heaviest
02. Emotional eating*. GOt sick in August and quickly dropped 15 lbs. It's been a motivator since and now I've lost over double! Keep it up!
The Covid-19 pounds is a real thing for a lot of people. I’m hoping to drop 10 more pounds in the next 2 months. Slow & steady changes.
