I've got games that can't be completed (like TF2), how does it count games like those?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Psssh, that's my friends playtime on one world of warcraft character.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ive got doubblets, game of the year edition and vanilla etc etc. And ofc stuff never installed.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So their steam library consists of Skyrim and Daggerfall

8 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

I got 89 days with 72 games

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

4070 hours. With how many games I own I was kinda expecting years....

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

All of my games don't have objectives

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

well i already know it would take at least 5 years bc stanley parable

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I never play 95% of my games, most of which I have never installed. I have 4000 hours in TF2 and 3000 in CS:GO though.

Heck, I think I have about that much Time Played on XCOM 2 and Civ6.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

pfft NOOB.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh no

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tbh I suck at games and am too embarrassed to search for guides to complete "that level" so I just quit. Fuck me right.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2122 hours, or enough to watch Dr who 9 times

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Reminds me that on GTA:SA if you played it for over 4 hours (or sumfink) it recommended you took a break from gaming.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ive logged 800+ hours onto heroes and generals alone, i have NO IDEA how many ive logged onto wow. or Halo or GTA

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Does this calculate the average multiplayer play time too? I might play rts online for 50 hours and never play again

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How many games did that guy have?! I have nearly 5000 and only need 2y 129d. http://steamleft.com/span/76561198025719023

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hah! I'll show you... I'm terrible at gaming. Triple that number!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Is that with or without getting all their achievements?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There's a lot of variables here. Skill level vs difficulty setting, 100% completion or just the main story stuff, or god forbid 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Games that can go on infinitely like TF2 or Garry's Mod.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Funny, this doesn't actually work with my steam account.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I got 25k+ hours on FFXIV alone :V

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ok did you guys just crashed the website

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's called the "Imgur Hug"!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hug...OF DEATH

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn, I thought it would be way more for me, with my over 700 games. Hell no, not even a quarter of that. How many games you got, OP?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm still playing Skyrim. I mean, I know I'm not the only one. It reminds me of that saying about people who have low alcohol tolerance...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How you shouldn't insult them over it because for the cost of you getting drunk, they can get drunk and get dinner out. They're better off.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Remember family and charity and new skills are important. Games are just something you do because you want to. If you don't want to play a /

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

/game, don't.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Speaking of charity, Extra life is doing a thing right now. https://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donordrive.event&eventID=534#

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

so just civ V then?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This doesn't math. If you have CK2, that on it's own is either 2 confused hours and then you give up, or 15,000 hours of fun.

8 years ago | Likes 201 Dislikes 2

I want to figure it out, but...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

15,000? pfft, casual

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's calculated based on the website that logs the average time for a 'casual', hardcore' or 'completionist' playthrough of a game.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yeah not sure about that... 84h to complete Arma 3. I haven't completed campaign with 115 hours.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm in the 2 confused hours. Any advice? i can't figure out what to do.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd recommend doing some tribal playthroughs if you have Old Gods. Russia. It's more intuitive than other modes. Also more fast-paced.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well first off you wanna take a little ruler like a count in scotland or ireland. Then you take care of most of the bubble on top of the 1/?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Screen, like marrying your dude and forming your consul. To dude that you need to take the people with the most of the required skill 2/?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

(13 is ok, 20 is amazing) but really just take the one on top of the list. It's already sorted.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Now you wanna make them do things, like make the chancelor create a claim on the county next to yours and form troups with you marechal 3/?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

this is a thing? Ive got hundreds of games, im curious how many hours id need to complete everything

8 years ago | Likes 581 Dislikes 4

Your remaining amount of consecutive completionist playtime would be 7 years and 19 hours

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

lol I have like 20 games. I'll race you

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I have 129 games, i may have a problem. Curse you steam sales! v

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have like 1050 or so.. I'm kinda curious myself.. is this faked or built into steam?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

ooh, only 1.6k hours.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Plus a couple of my games are sandbox style, so have I ever really completed them?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i'd give you the link for it, but imgur just deletes my comment

8 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 2

put a space between the site name and the .com

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Can i have the link please?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

this was originally shared on reddit, in /r/pcmasterrace and OP shared the link in the comments. It was hugged to death as well.

The friendly DDOS.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Complete or REALLY complete them? All achievements, 100%

8 years ago | Likes 253 Dislikes 6

https://www.howlongtobeatsteam.com/#/ this site breaks it down by completion rating, genre, release date, and everything slse

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Thats pretty cool!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

TF2 kinda throws a wrench in that calculation. It is NEVER done!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It uses just the base story time and than average play time for multi-player, it doesn't tskr into acount full completion

I'm at about 4,000 hours in Left 4 Dead 2 and still have a lot to learn.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It has achievements for making popular steam workshop mods. Aka you need to spend ages learning to mod, then get insanely lucky.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There's a couple of games witch unachieveable achievements. Good luck.

Been working on the Stanley one for the past 18 months

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

debating that myself haha id say main story line and quests ect, or basic completion as achievs can be a matter of luck and time no work

8 years ago | Likes 60 Dislikes 0

The Stanley Parable has an achievement for not playing the game for 5 years

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd say a game's 100% = until the point the game's mechanics stop justifying themselves. Petty quests and copy+paste of the same thing. /1

8 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

I consider that as "game finished", and getting 100% of everything as "game completed".

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

/4 I already explored most of the map, and trying to 100% the map or quests would just have me see more of the same.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

/3 I'm already so high leveled everything in the game dies within seconds. I have no more >interesting< abilities and weapons to acquire.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

/5 So for me, games like Skyrim are over, when the main mechanic of the game is exhausted. Which would be, the justification for leveling up

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

/6 There are many people, though, who feel like they "can create their own adventure". Not me, though.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

/2 For an instance, for me, games like Skyrim are 100% when I feel like I have personally nothing more to achieve.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

aye but as that point is different for everyone its impossible to measure without extensive customisibility on whatever software1/
