I just feel a lack of closure if I don't

Thats the whole point of the meme...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I’ve seen versions where they changed the last panel.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That why I hate this one, there the punchline, then you have to read more

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I’d say meta-meme rather than memeception. I like it regardless.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Missed an opportunity to make the last box say something subtly different

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I read this in Michael Scotts voice...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wtf is gru meme?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yea but I read the last panel with an upward inflection.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Damn u got me. Thats me

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I only read the right side, nothing of value is lost. Ever.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

FuCk YoU

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was able to resist the mighty need to read it! I have bested you @OP!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I read it in his voice every time

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Ah. So that's it.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I read 3 twice and couldn't understand it, then I read 4 and I got it.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Well of course. Reading it a second time in a slightly confused voice is part of the joke.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I always read the last box with a question mark at the end now

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

@op you're just prepared for it to say something different.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Son of a bitch

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I was hoping someone would saty this

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Now we have to actually do the summoning spell, right? @ElbowDeepInAHorse

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

but you read it differently

8 years ago | Likes 2630 Dislikes 0

Get out of my head

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Holy shit you're right. Damn.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I read the 1st READ as "reed" and the second as "red"

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It's like that thing with "do you pronounce it data or data?"

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s similar to the “all the things, all the things” meme format.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I read them as I would read "the good news is it only costs $600; the bad news is it only costs $600." Enthusiasm dries up.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don’t dead open inside

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

but you read it differently

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Which is exactly how it happens in the movie. I'm guessing people who are confused by it havent seen it in context or don't remember

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

he doesn't say it twice, he says "wait, what?"

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 62 Dislikes 1

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Ironic because you can read your commenti differently, as read or read

8 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 1

You there. Stop that.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

I did, red or reed there. Anyone do it the other way round?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ree-add (?)

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Confidence to confusion

8 years ago | Likes 388 Dislikes 1

I always read it as confidence to disappoinment

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

that’s actually what I was going to write originally but it didn’t sound as good haha

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Confidence! To... Confusion?

8 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 0

this guy...this guy gets it

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i was hoping the last box corrected to "it's".

8 years ago | Likes 325 Dislikes 2

It can go either way i think? its is a possesive pronoun meaning "belonging to it" and it's is a contraction for it is.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 7

Nah, with it you only add theapostrophe to indicate "it is", possession is just "its"

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

That's what that dude before you literally said dude

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 6

His 'it can go either way' statement was misleading. If he meant it's/its can go either way, then OK. "It's" itself (ha)can't go either way.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Nah that’s what that dude said before

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

He also said it's is a possessive pronoun, which is incorrect. You don't use the apostrophe for the possessive pronoun form

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

No, he said its is a possssive pronoun, and it's is a connective.
