2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Feels like the setting for a Dark Souls game

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What was the point of doing what he did with the rock? Like... It scoured all around it, went through all the trouble of picking it out of the dirt, and............... ??? Then just pans away from it.

It's not like he did all that to take it out and inspect it, he just left it in the hole that it was in. So pointless.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is just Dark Souls isn't it?

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Crazy how nature do that

2 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 0

What is this? Darksouls for ants?!

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Dark Souls for the furtive pygmy, so easily forgotten.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Be mindful of the rules of the fae

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

DO NOT DISTURB THE FAE!

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My one problem with this is . . . I wanna know more. Where’s it at? Who made it? What was their inspiration? Is it finished or are they planning to do more? So many questions about this beautiful art project.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If you ser this or something else like stairs in the woods, look away. If you smell sulphur, look down and get out as fast as possible

If a pixie appears and asks for your attention, dont say yes.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Sorry, I got distracted for a moment. What now?

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You get credit because you could’ve titled this ‘wait for it’ and had it actually be worth the payoff, but you still didn’t do it.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The Smurfs sure have changed over the years.

2 years ago | Likes 607 Dislikes 0

Well a lot of things changed when Gargamel started dating Medusa.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is a depection of the original Smurfs as told by the Brothers Grim.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Things got dark after Grumpy finally just killed off Gargamel to stop his attacks.

This land is peaceful, its inhabitants kind...

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Even the skeleton embedded in the spiked wheel?

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They give me conniptions.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i'm sorry what!? yeah I guess they are pretty fond of my SOULS. (you bitch)

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

More like Soles, amirite?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

...there's a foot fetish joke about priscilla in there somewhere but i just woke up so you'll have to use your imagination

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thats fucking dope. Where is this?

2 years ago | Likes 358 Dislikes 0

AI land. Watch the far left side, top corner, around 10-14 seconds in. There are parts that are clearly hovering and moving back and forth between depths.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Such exquisite confidence, too. For hours after others posted the real life artist and rough location of the work as well as video of the artist AT the work.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

The shadow realm, don't eat the food or drink anything

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Not sure of the location, but you have to step over mushrooms to get there I'm certain of it.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Dark Souls 3

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Based on the (current) top comment it seems to be Smurf Village

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Which sadly means you can only find it if a Smurf leads you to it or the planets align (which highlights its location)

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No don't. If anyone says, it'll get destroyed. The Internet sucks

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

People suck. The Internet is just a megaphone for their suckitude. That's why I really appreciate posts here at Imgur that showcase the good ones.

Anor Londo

I was thinking dark souls too. Maybe dark souls was always a game with tiny smurf sized people the whole time. *Keanu reeves woah... *

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If too many people know it might get ruined

2 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

"… might… "

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's not usually why art is created. Generally it's shared, and respected. Sometimes that means protection or upkeep, but there are beautiful statues, sculptures, murals, gardens, and architecture all over the world that's currently enduring hundreds if not thousands of people a day and if it were to be damaged, that's thanks to the few, not the many.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If nobody knows it what's the point of it? Isn't art made to be known?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To be known: yes. To be destroyed by morons: no.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That was my thought. And then I became sad, because too many humans suck.

2 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

There's enough to sad about without assuming the worst. These are done by a professional, and art is shared all over the world without being ruined. I don't know his motivation or methods, but I'd rather assume he did it in an accessible place and there's some protection or upkeep like most public statues. Statistically, there's gotta be more art out there that is perfectly fine than art that isn't. I'm thinking of art and buildings in the most populated or touristy areas of the world.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

True. But many of them are also amazing. Like many of the people I work with at an animal shelter; so many of the techs could make much more money working private practice but instead they choose to work for a lower wage to save animals in need.

Somewhere in Switzerland. One of the clay sculptures of Francois Monthoux. Apparently some of them are already gone, destroyed by rain. But he has mixed cement into the clay for his more recent projects so they should be a little less ephemeral.

2 years ago | Likes 300 Dislikes 1

Ephemeral—that’s a nice touch.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

How did you come to know this?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Google. Right-click a video and select "copy video frame" (assuming you're using the browser version of imgur), then click Google's "search by image" icon and hit Ctrl+V

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The one in the video looks like ordinary clay. Cement-clay mix for comparison:

2 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

Nice, but that’s the same of the video

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nope. For comparison:
