Working out every day isn't good for your joints and ligaments. You should plan 2-3 rest days per week.

I think you need to actually rest for your metabolism to work efficiently and rebuild any muscle. Anabolic metabolism. If you’re working/
out, that process isn’t really happening. People who take crazy steroids can get away with working out everyday. They recover and build /
muscle super quick.
Most of what I've read is that you can train 3 different muscle groups, do each one twice a week, as long as each one gets 48-72 hours rest.
