I live about thirty minutes from this cheesery and they have some of the best stuff ever. When local bars/ restaurants use their curds for fried cheese curds they become S tier.

I always try to visit Union Star Cheese when I'm back in WI.

I won’t tell anyone if I come across a large sum of money, but there will be a new sign.

Better than Ellisworth curds?

I thought it was like, a jalapeño for garnish.

I drive a 12t electric lift we call a roll hauler, we use it to move 5500lb rolls of paper. I could definitely snag that and be gone real quick

I dream of being locked in overnight im a cheesery in the alps where they make good Berg- and Almkäse (alp and alpine pasture cheese). The one with the Bockshornklee (fenugreek) and the Heublumen (hat flowers) are some of my favourites!

I see that it is sitting on a round pallet of some sort. Is there a specialized forklift for transporting it or do regular forklifts work just fine for moving it around?

Hey, stop taking pictures of my afternoon snacks.

Um, "One Cheese Stick Please" !

8 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I find this block of cheese merely...adequate.

damn thats a lot of cheese

8 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Glad to see they are still making single-serving cheeses.

Don't be foolish, that's a super unhealthy amount of cheese to be one serving. That block is three to five servings.

I'm glad they don't make a family sized one. I don't think I'd have the self control to stop eating it.

From Wisconsin, you just need some beer battered cheese brats to go with that, and we're golden.

8 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Also from Wisconsin, don't forget the side of deep fried cheese curds as well.

CurderBurger from culvers. Look it up people, and know that in Wisconsin, cheese flows through our veins! That and cholesterol, so so so much cholesterol.

8 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I just got back from visiting my parents there and I'm more cheese than man at this point.

8 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Hey you take that back my cholesterol is fine. My blood presure on the other hand... oh nan the curderburger is not being sold anymore.

8 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I think it's always a limited time thing, like the McRib and sanity among the general population. I have little doubt the curderburger will return.
