So my cat has a few oddities, this being one of them.

Actually she is. Ive yet to have a cat that doesnt do that. :/

Cats can't physically see still water so that's why they prefer to drink from the sink of the toilet for example

Many cats do this. Btw: Don't have water so close to food. Wild cats don't drink water near their "kills" b/c of contamination.

Many cat "stir" their water before drinking. Guess they prefer moving water. I ended up buying a water circulation bowl, seems to enjoy it.

We tried one and she gave it one look and ran off. Never went near it after that.
