I have two laptops and two monitors. I’m a graphic designer (Mac) and exec asst. (PC). I use both monitors with the PC and the main one with my Mac.
My boss just gave me this mounting arm to use but I can’t think of a useful/efficient configuration.
Also the main monitor is too heavy and it keeps slowly dropping down.

Take the main monitor off the arm and put it back on its default stand. Use a desk shelf to set the height. Get a swing arm pair for others.

Look into a warranty on that laptop. You're using a WD15 dock and those things break the USBC port all the time. Just bad port design.

On the Dell?

Personally I would also recommend moving the desk to the left and putting another cabinet to fill the gap on the right. More elbow room.

I was thinking maybe move the tall drawers and put a small bookshelf for all my stuff to make more room on the desk too.
