Maybe maybe maybe

Let’s just hope it is not a Haut-Brion 1961...

Screw and the back of a hammer. (I may own too many tools as a woman... As if that could be a thing!)

Wow AND she wearing chucks... someone gimme a bonk and send me to horny jail. I done wrong

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

She’s the friend we all wish we had.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

My wine bottles are all twist off

5 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

The joys of 100% can be recycled with no landfill and not having to deal with stupid corks.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Wife material?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

A girl I can bring home to Mom. So they can both get slushed on wine.

Redheads make me do that too...

I like her. She seems fun.

Why are they opening a wine bottle on the woods?

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

To drink it.

5 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

why are you not?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Its a wonderful place to get drunk with your buddies

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Because they’re not on the ocean.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Now try that with champagne

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Just keep an opener in your purse for wine emergencies.

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Question. Who's the bigger alcoholic, the girl in the post or the one with an opener in her purse?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I always carry a Swiss Army Knife - bottle opener included.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah nah no thanks, too much teeth...

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

She seems fun.

I bet she is dangerously close to a certain threshold on the hot crazy scale, but I wouldn’t mind to find out from which side.

5 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

And resourceful.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's the language? I'm thinking Spanish maybe? Or am I wayyy off?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's Spanish, a South American variant. Perhaps Argentina.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Huh. I was thinking Spain. Either way, I love the language. Too bad I didn't practice my 4 years of H.S. Spanish more.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Argentina for sure. the wine is dada and cumbia in the background. source: I'm Argentinian.

now i have additional questions, but i am afraid to ask

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

When I was a teenager, we smashed wine bottles against the side of buildings and drank around the shattered glass. Uphill! Both ways!!!

5 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

Thats dumb as hell lol, tho teens so that makes sense. You could swallowed small glass fragments and cut tf outta your insides.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I should clarify: I live in Canada where the legal drinking age isnt 21

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Why fuck up your teeth when you can just use your keys to open it up??‍♂️

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I would like to see the video with key-corkscrew situation. For science

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh man! I wish I had recorded myself once I did it, my ex was in such a shock lol

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How was this done? Like can you explain how to do it?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not the young person's first rodeo. I learned a new skill at 55.

5 years ago | Likes 985 Dislikes 3

Indeed! I usually jam a stick in the cork pushing the cork in whereby bottle must be fully consumed. This works though.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That port will taste awful.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It also works if you put the bottle in a shoe and hit that against a wall. Similar process.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

For real, wine bottles are like those pet toys with treats in them to keep them entertained and busy while problem solving.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Only works with very loose corks

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

So a cheap bottle?

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Only works with real cork, you'll be at it for a while with synthetic.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not even her 5th rodeo. That's technique that comes from much trial and error.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been there, done that, doesn't always turn out so well :(

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

I legit thought it was gonna slam into the back of her throat or take a tooth lol.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been there, done that, doesn't always turn out so well

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was opening a bottle of wine just the other night, one of those where the cork is loose and held to the bottle with wire. I legit held it

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Out the fucking window in case the cork shot off as I opened it, ain't gonna break anything in my house - bye cork! It was fine tho.. lol

Showmanship

5 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 0

Not true, corks are porous and as the cork moves out, it changes the pressure in the bottle, spinning the bottle causes wine to and air to

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Be sucked into the part of the cork that is outside of the bottle, which expands and makes the cork come out more with each whack by

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Reducing the force holding it in place. It’s like how a screw can be undone with your finger at the end but you need a tool to get it going

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Username checks out

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes. Wine contains dissolved gasses (o2, co2, among others) than can be agitated out of solution to gas off, ie. Pressure

5 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

Absolutely correct, no idea why you got downvoted. Have my vote!

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Not really. It’s a sealed environment with a slight +pressure from the cork being put in. It works because of the force translating to the >

5 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

False

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

What a compelling argument.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

weakest/most moveable spot within the environment-the cork. Since the cork seals the bottle it’s not for lubrication or anything, just show.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

It keeps people from slamming the bottle into the ground too fast. The wine needs to "settle" between strikes.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 4

You can hit the base of the bottle firmly with the heal of a shoe repeatedly and get the cork out that way as well. Her way looks better!

5 years ago | Likes 235 Dislikes 2

I did it with a flip flop once.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Actually, I used the flip flop as a cushion while hitting the concrete sidewalk. Didn't want to smash the bottle after all.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That’s SO much better than what I was thinking based on your 1st comment!

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I've done it, put it in my boot and hit the heel (with bottle pressed into it) until the cork comes out enough. It makes wine foam tho

5 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

I just unscrew the cap.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Well, there is always that option.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Easier to just poke a hole in the box.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yep- I’ve seen that work as well. The good news is that the foaming is nitrogen. The bad news is “bottle shock” & its best to let it settle.

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Bottle shock?

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Wine that’s been sharply moved (think truck shipping) bounces around a lot & deadens the flavors/aromatics & needs to settle for a few days.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

When I’ve opened bottles like this I haven’t been drinking good wine...

5 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

I've seen many videos and once in person of that failing horribly, but never seen it actually work.

5 years ago | Likes 76 Dislikes 1

It's really inconsistent with a shoe because it's so light. We used to hit the bottom on a tree in college, which worked great.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I did it succesfully on a school trip once. And my buddy smashed a bottle of red wine all over his wall when he tried it haha

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

My brother did it successfully last year. We didn't think it was possible

5 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 1

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It works. Source: I work at a winery and have done it when I stupidly forgot a wine key while camping.
