GotG and Twilight look hilariously awkward.

Was there no actual pier for them to go to in The Wolf of Wall Street?

And this is why the actors get paid so much.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It would be difficult to be an actor these days

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

TIL Sean Gunn was Rocket on set

I thought "Life of Pi" was BEAUTIFULLY filmed. Visual effects blew me away.

i would propbably be extremely bored of being an actor if i can't do 90% whats in the movie.

Valerian -

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ok but Andy Serkis still looks like Gollum without the cgi

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Why did they take all that stuff out? Probably would've been better with a dragon.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

The ones where the cgi animals are people in bodystockings and they're being petted by live actors are super creepy.

I was waiting for the last one to be a movie that didn't use any special effects and for it to get all self righteous, +1 for not doing that

And vfx artists are listed at the end of credits. The boom operators, and random assistants on set get mentioned before the vfx artists.

Isn't it easier to find people near the start and end of the credits compared to the middle?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

that's what happens when your industry doesn't unionize

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

These are visual effects. Special effects are practical like things blowing up our catching fire.

putting c4 on a hunger games book is special effects?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thank you.

The Pirates of the Caribbean one seems like it would have been an easier environment to act in (judging by that shot, anyway)

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This makes me think the actors are even better, if they can convince me that stuffed puple hippo is a tiger's head in their lap.

i really wish that for guardians that bradly cooper was the one dressed in the green suit

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ah yes, Daenarys, Stormborn of the House Targaryen, First of Her Name, The Unburnt, Breaker of Chains, Queen of the Andals and the First Men

Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Green Q-tips.

I knew a joke was coming and I still giggled like a little kid.

That twilight boy getting pet made me lol way too hard. Is it possible for that series to get any lamer?

8 years ago | Likes 118 Dislikes 14

Hey at least they filmed on location. That's more than you can say about 90 percent of those films

8 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

I read that without the lol to start with...

8 years ago | Likes 90 Dislikes 0

I read it as laugh without realising it until I read this comment.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So..like, how much work is it to remove the Racoon and insert the green headed guy?

8 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Yes

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lots

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

One work has the value of like 10 works.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So many

Is nothing real?

8 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 0

I feel like you should have known before this that movies aren't real

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s just fantasy

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I knew the dragons were CGI!

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Question: if you say "Is anything real?", does "anything" include "nothing"?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah I guess so

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

your emotions are real

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’m cold as stone

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Death and taxes

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

How can taxes be real if our money isn't real

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nothing is true; everything is permitted.

We'd be so much fun at parties.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This was my exact response

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I still say they should release versions of movies with no VFX. For shits n giggles

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I would pay a small to moderate amount of money to view them. Not in a theatre, but like I'd Redbox them. It'd be hilarious.
