Why would you wear open toe sandals in a glass factory?

How to make clear pasketti.

Gives me flashbacks of shifting stacks of corrugated fiberglass without gloves.

I am glad everyone is noticing the atrocious working conditions.

This right here is how they (fascist slaver types) want every factory, mill, production/ construction site to become in America. Maximum production maximum profits.

PPE, training, procedures, eye wash stations, air filters and so on is all expensive and not worth it.
There is already no Healthcare, democracy is over and resisting occupational slavery is impossible and illegal.

Next gen OSHA will be written in your blood.

I'm not eating those noodles

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Ah, my sounding rods.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's how you make spaghetti

7 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Nice pile of Glass {Word For Bundles of Sticks} at the end.

7 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Okay, make a pile, then take them to another pile, than lose a lot during some step and make a smaller pile next to another pile of discarded rods. AND what is done with those?

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The shiny pasta.

Thanks

But why? And is it worth dying early for? I mean, cool, but at what cost? Masks, glasses, footwear, gloves, protective garments. I guess it's easy to say that from here, but I want these bros to be there for their families a long time.

How do they purify the glass/remove slag from the molten content? Lots of those bottles looked like they had labels, etc on them.

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Toxic, backbreaking work

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bet they're all wearing sandles... $50

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

As someone with a major broken glass phobia, excuse me while my skin crawls off AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I just ate a ton of spaghetti, why does my fatass still want that too?

7 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I give up. Where's the Toolgifs watermark?

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I like the part where they take it out of a pile and put it into a cylindrical container and then put it into another pile

7 months ago | Likes 294 Dislikes 1

Thought the same thing. A six sigma black belt would have a hay day with an operation like that.

7 months ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 6

They're size sorted by the sieve above the cylindrical container. Why not go straight to the sieve sorting? Because of buffers. Not every process always has the same throughput.

Satisfactory explanation, and factorio.

Cracktorio*

Captain of industry. It's not as active, but the spaghetti is far more satisfying

Upvoting specifically because this version does not have the AI voiceover/text/music. Thank you for being pure.

7 months ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Also og audio. I wanna hear the work being done.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What are they used for

7 months ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 1

This is how fiber optic cables are made.

7 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 29

Was wondering too. That is much effort being put in.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My guess is filler rod for welding glass

7 months ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

Which is used for/does what?

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Given that the glass is tinted I doubt that. Glasswork (for chemistry etc.) usually requires a colorless glass. Oh, and the glass will be a fresh borosilicate, not the remelted bottles...

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Man, it's really tricky to find anything about this. Search results are being uncharacteristically unhelpful with the most detailed explanation being found on the product category page on Alibaba, ffs :D

Breaking in front of Italians to upset them

7 months ago | Likes 133 Dislikes 6

Not a single set of eye protection to be seen. I’m amazed there aren’t more one-eyed workers there.

7 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Respirators would be helpful

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

once you lose an eye you get fired

7 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

oh i see. your company dgaf about worker safety? so is this what its going to be like working in trumpland? Whats the pay, still not enough to make rent, you say?

7 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Eh, this is what factories look like for about 5 billion people. America actually has some sort of OSHA, most places do not.

7 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Osha, this is trumpland, there is no such thing when corporate only wants and cares for profit, the worker be damned

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Sortof, but it seems like you're trying to make it seem like the video is from the US.

7 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

i know and this is what is coming. as with the company store

7 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Mmmmm glass particles....breathe it in.
