Junkers Ju 87 with both 20mm MG151/20 cannons and 37mm BK 3,7 cannon gunpods supposedly of 10.(Pz.)/Schlachtgeschwader 2., 1945

Awesome, these images prove that there were Ju 87 Gs with both 20mm MG151/20 cannons and the 37mm gunpods.

Hi Brent, could I please have permission to use your photos in an article I'm writing about the German pilot who flew this aircraft? Thanks

The Junkers 87 G-2 was operated by 10.(Pz.)/Schlachtgeschwader 2. It was flown from Czechoslovakia to Eschwege on 8 May 1945.

OP didn't say he was an American mechanic.

He's wearing American gear so it'd be weird if he wasn't. People don't generally work in their enemies attire

Sorry, I didn't look that close at his uniform. Is he still alive?

Sadly no. Passed from Alzheimer's when I was young
