My spouse and myself have no children by choice. We agreed if she gets pregnant despite contraception that I just push her down the stairs.

Adoption? Accepting your parental responsibility? Adulting?

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 12

Sorry to hear about that. Good luck with whatever decision the two of you make. (If I get a vote - Adopt)

Biggest issue really is the cost. Very simple safe procedure for women. Make decisions for yourself; never for anyone else

Good don't being a child Into the world of your not ready

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Better than raising an unwanted child. Discuss it with your partner as well, look in possible side effects, and know you decided right.

Scarlet Letter A?

You can get a big A at many crafts stores, made of foam.

Does it rhyme with schmamorshion?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You might be stressing yourself out a lot which might be pushing your period back

Also major changes in lifestyle (diet/activity).

anal? good thing to consider, might prevent this in the future!

MFW you beat me to it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Not for nothing but if you can't say the word abortion or adoption, you probably aren't ready to be a parent.

Is it too late for "the pill after"? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm a guy.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

After morning pill works best in the 24 hours. Two weeks is def too late

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think so. But we shall see.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Try the DIY method, cheaper

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

There are plenty of parents looking to Adopt also.

Alcoholism?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

didn't that cause the problem to begin with?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Been there, done that. Best decision for me and my SO. Dont let others bring you down, you gotta do you.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Yup, that's the American way. Had sex, don't like the consequences, so let's kill it because it inconveniences ME.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 7

Wow.

It's called abortion and definitely do it. Don't ruin a child's life because you weren't ready to take care of it financially or otherwise

Adoption?

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 9

Yes because the adoption system needs more children. All of the ones in it are having their needs met so well.

So... you were irresponsible with your body?

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 13

Nope. Married. Don't feel like I am. But thanks for the kick while I'm down.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

Good that you're married. Bad that you're going to have surgery now.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

"A clothes hanger"?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

Thanks for the chuckle.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Not a thing. Also don't let the shitty anti-abortion people get you down. If you don't want a baby don't have one.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Thanks!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Guess I should've mentioned, I'm married. And this lovely issue is something we are figuring out together. It would be his btw.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

May I ask, if you have a partner, are u not ready for kids or just dont want kids alltogether?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Not sure we are ready OR if we want them or not.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

then those would be very good reasons to consider keeping it an making yourselves ready. losing a child even by choice hurts

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I can confirm this sadly. Even though me and my ex both knew it was for the best, it still hurts like hell...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's what I'm worried about. As well. Just add to the list.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

you know your situation better than we do but anyone who's said they felt like they were ready for their first kids is a filthy liar

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

To be fair, we both have genetic deseases. So the chance of getting a very u healthy child made the choise more reasonable for us.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But it still hurts, even though there was no other choise...
