Is that Sandra Bullock?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

American comics never translate well to this format. The text is always far too small

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Holy $#!# I'm pretty $@!#%ing impressed

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Death's expression in her 2nd panel! LOL

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What a strange art style. Old and Young Thanos are both looking pretty chunky.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You might not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.

8 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Stop killing yourself, stop killing yourself, stop killing yourself.

8 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

Well... he stopped killing himself, right?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Is this the current thanos run?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Who's art is this?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Marvel Death is alright, but DC Death is something else.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

You should hang out with Delight inste....oh wait... She's Delirium now.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

God I hate this art style, it's absolutely awful

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck, that was awesome.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

@OP where's this from?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanos has his own comic now, marvel’s like Oprah now giving anyone with a little popularity a book

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

You celebrate his book but also mock why he has it.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How did he go from bald to having hair when he's older??

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He’s had a million years to grow it out

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dude. Hair grows. Its as simple as that.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Please explain.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The fight with the Mjolnir wielding Surfer was awesome. I'm kinda mad they ended it in such a dumb way.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

How did Surfer get Mjolnir? Was that a dead Surfer next to it? I MUST KNOW!!

Awesome thanks! Yep after the first post I scoured the internet and read a couple issues. They really did the surfer dirty!

i dont get it, what happened at the end there

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

think young thanos killed himself

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thanos basically killed that timeline by changing the events that led to it.

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

What is Mjolnir doing there?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Silver Surfer died holding it

It's funny how the ultimate powers keep being brought low by supposedly much weaker opponents that are somehow even ultimater.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Drax the Destroyer did it first. Canonically. And without the powers of a God. And Adam Warlock turned him to stone once.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

To be fair, it was when Doom had the power of God

8 years ago | Likes 97 Dislikes 0

Very true. Both are (normally) great bad guys.

8 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

And that was a lame, alternate universe Thanos.

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 5

It was not, actually. It was the same Thanos from Infinity.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I could have sworn it was Ultimate universe Thanos. I never followed the Ultimate universe closely, though, so I may be wrong.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's hard to tell because the artist scales Thanos way down, but it is 616-Thanos. He references his past right before Doom kills him.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanos has eye beams? Since when? Is he actually Darkseid now?

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

As far as I know, he has always had eye beams.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He's always had as far as I can remember.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He's also got power from the God Kiln in order to not die while fighting his son Thane. Thane had the Phoenix for the fight.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Currently Thanos is rejecting Death as well.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He was Marvels answer to Darkseid. I mean Marvel and DC loosely copy each other often. Marvel just copies DC more often and markets better

8 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 2

To be fair 'Marvel copies DC more' is at least in part due to the fact that DC are quite a bit older than Marvel (well, DC is five years) 1/

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Older, but DC was doing Superheros in the 30s, whereas Marvel only started Fantastic Four in the 60s 2/2

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

i would say darkseid is leagues above thanos in notoriety. Hes only "bloomed" now because Marvel actually has a Cinematic universe.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 7

Don't know why you're getting downvoted. I heard so many people talking about "Darkseid's" cameo at the end of Avengers 1 when it came out

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I remember people mentioning Hellboy...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

When most people are confronted with the harsh truth their immediate reaction is to attack the messenger.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Anyone wanna summarize?

8 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 1

Thanos want's to die but won't kill himself.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanos plays with himself but does not finish because Gods don't cum.

8 years ago | Likes 113 Dislikes 2

Crappy stand-alone Thanos comic Marvel made just to give readers an easier time getting to know Thanos in preparation for the movie.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanos, a "big bad" that has been around in the MU since the 70s hit his peak in the 90s with the Infinity Gauntlet story. The cash cow.....

8 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 19

That is the MCU is making The Infinity War movies based on that comic book from the 90s. People are hyped and buying comics and Marvel......

8 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 19

Is making up stories that lack continuity and a certain depth to sell comic books to pander to all the new readers and get more of their $$$

8 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 19

If there's one thing comic fans have never tolerated it's conflicting continuity.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Hahahahaha your funny, conflicting continuity? Oh it's a different multiverse because why not!

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

That about sums it up

8 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 14

Thanks. I really didn't get the ending at all, but i guess it's best explained by "this issue has TWO thanoses!!! Buy it!!!"

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No way! An entertainment company trying to make more money by expanding its fan base? That’s just crazy.
