The neighbors own him, but don't take very good care of him. They don't have the funds I guess.
I gave him cat food, turkey, treats, and water. He appreciated it all. :)
But as you can see, he's pretty thin. He is still young.
We have been feeding him a little bit, so have our other neighbors with cats.
He is usually a feisty asshole. But I think he was feeling thankful. :)

I can't. I'm 18 and it's my dad and step-mom's house. I only visit occasionally.

I live in the city. No place for a country cat. He will be ran over in the first week.
