30 more to go to be back to my state of normalcy! Healthy eating and exercising is finally paying off! I don't exactly have people to share it with in real life.. So on imgur it goes

MV Edit: shucks.. Most viral.. You guys/gals make me feel so good about my progress, even though all I want to do is eat fried foods and smash a burger into my face hole. But instead get to chew on kale salads (I hate em.. I hate em so much). Your internet support is truly inspirational! Fucking love u guyzzz...

Edit part 2: I go to bed around 9.. 10pm during the week, totaling 6 to 7 hours a night. Weekends are a free for all though.. It is Saturday and I am still in bed at 12:45 pm. Sleep is super important for body recovery and keeping that metabolism going strong, don't skip on it. Once I get to my goal weight is when I plan to stop being strict with myself, until then though, I will keep watching female mma fighters for my motivation and keep at it!

What time do you go to sleep?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Super jealous, have no motivation these days. Good luck with the rest!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Get after it! Gj!

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm so not a morning person, but I'd love to wake up this early to exercise. My plbm- I'm motivated until 1 day I don't do it & fail again

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Omg, that ^ yes, so much to that! Discipline has been a bitch, and taught me a few things about myself

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

yeah well...ive been going to sleep at 4am

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just started morning workout too! Hope to lose a few kg. What program do you do? How many days per week? How long?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I started off with the beginners bodyrock.tv program because it requires no equipment. 5 days a week, about 40 minutes a session....

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It has been since July. So almost 3 months for 12lbs. I have also kept track of the amount of food I consume, & have been updating my diet

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If the choice is 4 am or fat, I'll stick with fat.

7 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 3

It's not THE choice, it was my choice though.

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Good job.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

congrats OP!

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thank you! As a past anorexic, doing it the right way has been slow but oh so rewarding!!! Plus.. Who doesn't like some curves?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

you're welcome! I'd say: kids don't like them. I learned to appreciate curves as I grew older

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I lost 11 lbs after breaking up with my ex alone

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Been there, done that! This time around I am trying to motivate my man to lose the weight with me, so we can both be proud and grow together

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That sounds great! For me, taking the toxicity out of my body really helped me

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Teach me your ways!!!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's pretty awesome. Not many have that discipline or stay motivated.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It is a daily struggle.. But damn it, I want to look good naked ? and I also want to feel comfortable in my own skin.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I hear that. I've gotten lazy. Maybe I needed this as motivation to get back to it.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've lost 18 pounds simply by keeping myself to around a 2K calorie diet. I was eating 3-3K calories a day. I started last week of june 1/

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Nice

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

at 207lbs. and I weighed myself at 189lbs. today. Goal weights 185lbs. and I'm waiting to see the plateau to start exercising. 2/2

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

sorry 3-4K*

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I hear you! Once I actually tracked how much I ate a day, I realized I was around 3k. Just changing & lowering that has helped tremendously

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You are almost there, keep it up!!!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What I realized is I need to cut back on the water I drink. Was drinking to much and gaining and then losing a bunch of excess water weight.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wait.. That's a thing? How much is too much water?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

damn. i usually wake up at 5 for work, id have to wake up at 3 to fit workout and shower before work.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How many hours do you sleep?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Depends.. I try to go for 7 hrs a night. Lately it's been around 6 or so.. Feel like an old lady going to bed by 9/10 pm

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Getting enough sleep is a huge part of metabolism upkeep though. It all works together!

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Exactly. That's why I wanted to know. Imgur keeps me up at night lol

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Honestly, I wish I could actually FALL asleep around 9-10 to be able to be up by 5 and get my run in. I actually end up sleeping around 12.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I discovered this thing called 'sleep study' helps me fall asleep within 15 minutes or so.. Rubbing one out also helps..

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

..... Due to the stress from lack of sleep

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I wish it was that easy!!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Consistency is key!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Remember to stabilize your weight once you hit the goal! But great job so far.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Uhm.. I was wondering about that, how the ef does one do that?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I won't say its easy to do, but basically instead of just going off the diet completely, you allow yourself a little more of things you like

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

until you stop loosing weight. If you start to gain weight you've gone too far. Basically keeping your body at a stable healthy weight is

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

an ongoing process.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's something I get to look forward to. But also why I am changing up my diet now, so it kind of stays stable once I reach my goals ?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I cut carbs and did well, plus i walk like 6 miles a day at work, but my body is used to it now, Good job !

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I did the same thing - 5am, though. So far about 25 lbs down, which is a weight I haven’t been for around 30ish years

7 years ago | Likes 115 Dislikes 0

Fuck yes!!! Congrats!

7 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Question, how does your energy level feel towards of the day?

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I have a slump about 6pm, but only if I sit idle. If I keep doing stuff, I stay awake

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Awesome! I do 5:30 a.m. workouts and am down about 50 pounds since past August. Keep it up!

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Try fresh Kale with roasted slivered almonds, sundries tomatoes, shredded Parmesan, & balsamic vinegrette dressing! top w/grilled chicken?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I thought u were supposed to cook kale.. Pretty sure fresh kale is not exactly good for u. I mean ruffage is ruffage in the end. Thanks!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That sounds pretty delicious

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm not sure, I've had fresh kale at restaurants before even chic fil a

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I could never do that. But I’m impressed you can. I’m not an early riser so I do most workouts after work.

7 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 0

I always do late night workouts instead. Probably less good for ya but hey nothing like lifting weights alone in a gym at 11pm

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

11pm workouts are better than no workouts.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

All it takes is 1 time to do it. Wake up, work out, go to work. By the time 9pm hits you'll be so tired you'll pass out and wake up at 5.

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

And put your cell phone in a different room than where you sleep.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yeah I need better sleep habits. I fall asleep on the couch with the Tv on 90% of the time.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's a smart idea! i use an app that makes me do math when I wake up to shut it off, lol

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I had that. After a while I solved them in my sleep and woke up late everyday.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

45 more lbs for me to go!But I just got married and cheat week has been nice. It’ll take me at least a few weeks longer to get back in track

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Mmmmm.. I dream of cheat week as I munch on kale salads. You got this, and congrats on 1 dick forever thing ?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Haha thanks. Yeah I feel ya with the salads. I love them, but it’s getting a bit monotonous.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Btw, how did you know I’m a woman? Unless you creeped on my comments lol

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Haha. U said u are married.. & I assumed from how u spoke about food that u must be a woman. Guys are more rigid in their speech about food

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So.. An observational guess..

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That’s impressive!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well done for losing weight. Now start using the word "normality" because "normalcy" is not at word.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Colloquial adaptation happens. It’s ok.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Took the words right out of my mouth.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I used to wake up 3:37 AM for cram school. I never exercised but I lost a lot of weight too. Mostly from stress but still

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Cram school?? What's that? Yeah, I wish I lost weight when stressing, haha, my body's like "what is happeninnnng, I am holding on to all..

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

fat just in case!!!"

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think it's the right translation. Basically, I failed my college entrance exam, so I paid for special classes where we, well, cram

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

3 years of high school into one year of studying. It was long, stressful and insanely bad for all aspects of my health, but it sure worked.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Congrats on survivng that ish!!! And persevering! As long as it worked, fuck yeah!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How do you wake up that early? Its gotta be more that just 30 alarms !?!?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This alarm called 'i can't wake up' makes u do math and solve puzzles to shut it off. I also took my time before actually waking up that...

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

early by gradually moving my wake up time to 30 minutes earlier each week

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

does the alarm keep ringing until you solve the problem? My roommate might not be a fan of that

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes.. But it goes at 20% volume as u are solving the puzzles. If u take too long it gradually gets louder

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh thats even worse. Impending doom. I will give it a try. Thank you kind sir.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I already wake up at four for work, NOT getting up any earlier. Good on you though.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I did that a while back, kinda how I knew I could do it again. You deserve all the monies for waking up that early! Hope they pay u well

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

One of these days! Thanks OP! Stick with it!!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I should do this. But my scumbag brain likes to sleep from 4 am to 10 am only.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Only? Hahaha! You win the internet today ❤

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yup, only. It's neurological. 6 hours and I'm awake. It could be thought as winning, but it doesn't fit that well to the society rythm!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But yeah, we have a saying here: If it wouldn't make me laugh it would make me cry!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Holy shit, I am sorry but that is kind of a cool thing! I thought u were joking. I need to know more!! Is it a form of narcolepsy??

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I wake up at 4 am every day... Just go go straight to work

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

For me its 4 am AND fat :D but thats bc of work not excercise

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ugh I've been there. Not a pretty site.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Def been there too! But when u go to work that early, u have more time in the pm.. vs getting home around 7pm tired and hungry

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Some people (me included) just can't do stuff in the morning. Even on saturday mornings when I slept enough I don't have the strenght (1)

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have when I workout in the evening... but training in the morning is a good thing if you can do it (2)

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you have to wake up at 4am then that means you sleep earlier at night to get full rest, so in the end it's the same really

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wish that were the case for everyone who wakes up early for work. 2am - 9pm is an average workday for me

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You making mad money or something? I hope you get better work life balance... That's too much (unless you're LOVING your job?)

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Usually 210 hours on my paychecks. Three weeks on, two days off. The money is great but you have to give up pretty much everything else

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I get what u're saying, but there is a difference between working out at 4pm, the sun is still up, vs trying to motivate urself to do the...

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same at 8p. Which is why the am option workes for me. I get that it's the same hours of the day, but mentally/psychologically, it matters

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Good for you man/woman, keep up the good work

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0
