datapins are the 2 wires in the middle => left right is the powersupply. Or short: the left one on picture 2

It looks like you pulled the pin off completely. Otherwise, can you solder, and do you know how it looked before that happened to it?
Because if the answer to either of those is 'no', you probably can't fix it and should just get another one.

youre going to ruin it more. a standard iron is going to melt the plastic.
That's why you strip the insulation back and patch it with tape afterwards.
no the connector's plastic. those are SMC types and only take heat for a few moments at about 250c or less. normal irons are too hot
