What's your point? The white car passes because the guy isn't in the way, in fact you can see him walking quickly across that car's path.
My point is, all his attention was on his phone. I'm pretty sure this guy would have been hit by a car if he didn't fell off in that hole.
And yet he has coincidentally sped up to make sure he is safe from the oncoming car, and is looking at the bus when he falls.
