Can someone explain to my friend here? You see - my friend, they think it is to fend off the Final Destination sensation of having the ceiling collapse in your sleep. And my friend, well - you see. My friend thinks adding a whole bunch of unnecessary weight to the phobia increases the chance of success to said phobia. Is my friend overthinking it?
