I had a great Pyrenees that would do this with a laundry basket and then run.....it very rarely went well. Funny as fuck, hairy bulldozer

Needs sound

My childhood dog did this. He loved playing with buckets. He would stick his head in and flip his head back so the bucket would go flying.

What we see here is a reallife potlife in the wild, dont scare him or u will be forced to cuddle

Is there peanut butter on the bottom?

6 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

No. This is his normal goofiness. He also thinks he has gotten away with stealing the pot I was going to use to garden, and is showing off.

Your big fence has a little fence, which seems to need explaining

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Rebuild after a tornado. My house finished first and my neighbor decided to rebuild a taller fence and bring her fence line forward more.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Time for you to make a bigger one. At least 20 ft tall

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Rotts without clipped tails look dumb.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 9

His tail is left by the breeders so he can be shown overseas. Germany doesn't allow tail docking. He's super expressive with it. I <3 it.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No they dont they look happy and waggy :D

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

they do wag it's just smol

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

So that’s what a rotty tail looks like...

6 years ago | Likes 223 Dislikes 0

I have a rottie with a tail too. He’ll be 7 in a few weeks

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I tend to find they match the other end of the rotties I know. Expressive and goofy :)

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Why do people doc rottie tails?

6 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

Dobes and Rottweilers are work dogs, bread to be a specific tool. basically a body designed to carry a mouth of teeth. Tail was a liability

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

The have powerful tail muscles and have been known to break their tails from wagging too hard.

6 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 6

Only 1 in 400 do. It's unethical to amputate the appendages of 400 animals to prevent one from having issues.

6 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

My bitch is only half rottweiler (half cattle dog) & we've had 3 emergency vet visits for tail issues. I get docking 100% after her screams

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

^ My cousin has a rottie pitty mix, and two pittys. All undocked. All have broken their tails at least once.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My father in law's chocolate lab pulled his tail muscle and subsequently shat himself all over the house. They found him hiding under the 1

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Originally it was to protect their tails from getting crushed while they worked, but now it's done to meet a bullshit aesthetic standard or

6 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

because of the misconception that cutting the tail off will save them from splitting it open. Studies have shown that only 1 in 400 dogs

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

actually crack their tails open. I'm firmly of the stance that cutting 400 dog's tails off is NOT worth saving one the problem of later tail

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

issues.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

No way it's that high a percentage. Maybe one in 10k, and most of those are labs.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Call it "Happy Tail" and it's either a bloody mess from beating it against something hard, or a sprain/strain from waaaay too long wagging.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Original bred for pulling carts. Tail gets caught in the tack (harness/ropes).

6 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 0

Interesting though it is, that really doesn't answer the question.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Because people need the Rottweiler look, which doesn't involve a tail i.e. people suck

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

These days they are docked for breed standard, tails are too deformed prone to breakage, dog Too strong they constantly break their tails.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

So.. We messed them up :(

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Never seen or heard of that happening, 18 years in vet med. Rottweilers do just fine with tails. Better even than docked.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So they cut the tails off because they would get cut. Not sure or I’m assuming things or using my critical thinking skills properly.

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

However, why they still do it today? Probably the wagging the tail too hard maybe or just for no reason? Humans don’t make sense sometimes.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The tails would get more than just cut. Theyd get tangled up, torn off, broken, and hurt a lot more than if they cut it as a puppy. Not much
