Shouldn't the dog wear a better work collar for this? I imagine that without that right harness, it would hurt the dog for everyday usage and/or when the cart goes out of control if going downhill. I am basing my opinion on what horses uses when pulling carts.

That's why she doesn't like/trust Chinese people from mainland with the "old mentality", where they were selfish and only cared about themselves. The Communist culture really screwed up a whole generation and half and continues to this date. She only likes to deal/hang out with "Americanized/Westernized" Chinese, due to culture/value differences. 2/2
