No, it doesn't matter that you're outside.

Why Ariel looking like she wants a piece of Snow White's poison apple?

2 rounds of combat: 3 hours.

I can’t even imagine have an 11 strong party. Even small combat encounters must take HOURS.

I was in a group with 12 players. It was absolute hell. The DM just kept inviting more people; everyone was miserable. Not only does (1)
Combat take longer, no one really gets their 1-on-1 time/RP opportunities/carousing/etc. He's not our DM anymore thankfully. (2/2)

This is so unrealistic. Getting 11 people on the same schedule so they can all play at the same time? Yeah right!
DungeonMaster77
Anyone else go back and count the number of ladies to verify ^^^ their count? Just me?
lucycarlyle20
I can't even sinc up with 2 oher people!

And all of them listening to the DM and not getting distracted for a second. That never happens either.
Well if you look only Ariel and Rapunzel are actually paying attention to Snow White.

Even worse is eleven girls in one room... Getting along long enough for a game. (I've seen the horrors of just three girls in a group...)

My group while I was in the Army had about 8 regulars and sometimes up to 6 extra drop in players, and we met weekly. It can be done
It's the dream. Helps that you most likely all had the same work schedule though.
That was in fact the key to our success! The game only ended when about half of us deployed to Afghanistan and the DM stayed in the states
