I don't get it at all. I wouldn't ever take my kids to a drag show. Like.... why would I? I'm not against drag shows, but I don't think either them or a similar show with people not in drag are a thing I would take my kids to. I really don't understand the appeal at all.
Has a conservative ever shot up a drag show? I don’t think I can recall any news stories about that. It’s usually whackjob incels and schools or malls, right?
I'd have been pretty upset to be brought to a drag show as a kid. Not because "oh no wrongclothes!" or any idiotic pearl clutching, but because I have always aggressively not cared about fashion, and would have been painfully bored the whole time. I'd muscle through if a friend was in it and wanted a friendly face in the audience, but that's it.
Well, for your information, OP, I'm a 39 yo man with no fashion sense that still wears jeans and T-shirts like I'm 16. So perhaps the biggest danger of a drag show is confirming how un-fabulous and basic I am.
Assuming you're familiar with Wheel of Fortune, there are 7 "H" in that phrase, could win big money. There are only 6 "G" so not as big money. Was going to go with "T" (also 7) but that's normally one of the first letters to go.

Hard agree. Not my frilly teacup. Unless they were doing it at a planetarium or aquarium and doing some science bits.
ViolentlyJaded
That is so sad, but so true. Also, wigs and gowns are fragile and kids are messy and rude.
IgnisInvictus
Pathetically true. Give the kids a few balloon animals, they'll be fine.

Your clothes don't make you unfabulous or basic, no matter what people say. It's all about what's on the inside.

+1 for breaking the pink gun. Also, I think I saw this on Wheel of Fortune and the spinner won big money after saying "is there a 'H', Pat?"
dirtyketchup
I don’t get it. Help?
Itry2dostuff
The picture literally has a drag queen breaking a pink gun in half. Gun sort of blends in, because it’s pink
dirtyketchup
Ya I saw that. I meant I didn’t get the wheel of fortune comment.

Ok. So the joke is it looks like WoF and Vanna white. Got it.
