I don’t know anyone that does a dry rub on pork ribs without garlic powder (and onion powder). Not sure why pork isn’t included there.

Sad little hint: almost any prepared food ingredients list that says “spices” just means garlic powder and/or onion powder.

For spiced coffee, I love adding cardamom pods while grinding the beans, then adding ground cinnamon and nutmeg on top of the brew.
