I favorited this post twice in the past and still never used it.

Also, you could do deadlifts and stop it with all this silliness.

Uhm... how many abs do you need? Seriously just 2 or 3 of these exercises are quite enough.

Hold on let me get some dorritos and some fried chicken while I analyze this exercise guide

Go ice skating. Works everything attached to your rib cage and below. Best workout that is the most fun.

Being a complete novice at working out, this doesn't show reps/sets, or proper technique...

Where is dickbutt?

The first two had me hoping this post would devolve into the cha cha slide

Where's the muscle that controls dedication and motivation?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is literally the FP post I've seen the most, having been here for 3years now. What gives?

Sarah thinks yous fat

And my favorite ab workout is overhead squats. If you have the mobility this will rock your core b/c it require front & back stability

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Srsly people stop doing this in hope of a 6pack. Most people r already tight in the hip flexor from sitting, this just ups the dysfunction

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

do a million crunchs and still have flab!!!!

R

*You can do these until your body literally gives out every day possible, but visible abs are entirely about your body composition. Diet.

Crunches are a terrible way to workout your core lol

What about my back?

Lemme guess, you're larger than boogie2988

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am 187cm height and i weight 87kg i do admit i have started to get a bit fat, gotta lose that shit next summer.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I imagine all the people bitching are fat

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Will any of this help you lose weight in the stomach area at least?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No more than any other exercise. Weight loss cannot be targeted to specific areas - spot reduction is a myth

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I start on monday.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

*Monday... next month.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

EMBRACE THE PAIN

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

< Fat guy with lower back issues. Trying to get into shape. Want to strengthen my core. Any recommendations? I don't want to worsen my back.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

See a professional. Physical therapist. Nuances of your injury will dictate how best to treat it. Advice from the web doesn't account 1/?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And apologies for stilted sentences, am on mobile. If you have any general questions, I can maybe take a shot at them?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

for the nuances of your particular cause of back pain. What may be a 'best-practice' recommendation for someone else, may be negligent 2/?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

for your circumstances. I understand that depending on location this may be difficult, but it's safest. Source: am student physiotherapist

And I just realised I mis-read what you wrote... My apologies.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Still makes a good bit of sense.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've dreamed of having nice abs since I was pretty young, but I've always been T-A-L-L and all these hurt my lower back far sooner than 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2/2 I start to feel any burn in my muscles :/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Crunches are terrible for working out your core.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I had a horrible back from a car accident and I'm 6'3". Ignore these horrible misleading posts and do deadlifts and front squats for abs.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6'7'' here, I'll definitely give that a try. Thank you.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah for sure. I do sumo deadlift because it often easier for tall people and for bad backs. Within a month I lost 90% of back pain
