Jamaican Run Down (with self caught Lingcod)

Salmon, cauliflower mash, zoodles, and of course an avocado

Self caught Dungeness rolled into keto crab cakes and a lil' salad

Self harvested Venison steaks with summer squash and spinach from the garden

Self caught albacore sashimi!

Kerrygold buttered scrambled eggs, garlic spinach, bacon, avocado and some mackerel for the Omega 3s

only the last meal is keto, keto should only be done under the care of a doctor and requires a majority of saturated fats.

Consumption priorities should be veggies, healthy fats, protein. In that order.

Protein causes an insulin response. Your diet has to be 70%or more saturated far for actual keto. Which is why its terrible.
