Logically the heavier I am, the more effective these exercises will be right? That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Those "get ups" look a little difficult. Unless they are actually lie-downs.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ok

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

thanks I needed this

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or I just go to work and get my ass kicked for a few months and get the same outcome

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I actually will use this to exercise

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

That works for me

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I looked at one at random and misread. I cannot unsee the Jump knee fucks.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

donkey dicks

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Until you remember to repost it for points later.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So to reduce bodyweight do I do the excercises backwards? I would like to be skinny

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Those leg curls and door frame rows, though.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is the way

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

This is the way

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Some of these are kind of silly. I like it.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wish i could do anything without expecting instant results

6 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 1

in reality, you're getting results, not seen by eyes, but they are there.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The true results are immediate but infinitesimal. The "results" you expect are piled up over the course of years.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've been really loving darebee.com

6 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 2

Ha, well that *is* a full body exercise

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I think I need to just print one of these out... Although that is obviously still no guarantee that I would actually complete the exercises.

But I get to use the massage chairs after!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was at the gym yesterday and a guy was there for like 2 hours just hanging from bars and doing hand stands.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

Could be training for pull-ups? Or developing grip strength.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He might have a dog that really wants to play every time he tries to do a hand stand at home. Or he wants to be in a different environment.

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

chart are nice but how man reps or how many rounds and so on.... I never get that part. Plus working out hurts. When does it stop hurting??

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just do stronglifts 5x5 for 3 mo then go nsuns. ? never look back

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Depends on one's goals. I found both less than ideal for hypertrophy, but most people do need to build up that foundation of strength first.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I just know too many people who do this type of workout thinking they’ll get Insane gains. But yea you’re right, 5x5 nsuns a bit niche.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

imo it's good for beginners, but mostly because you need to build full-body strength before you can get the most out of other programs

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

and lol I think too many people do ALL types of workouts looking for insane gains. so common to underestimate how long it takes to get big.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I will definitely remember to check this out when I'm home from work. No way I'll forget.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Quick- everyone favorite this and then never look at it again!

6 years ago | Likes 519 Dislikes 7

Think I’ve done it before. Not going to check up on it though.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

damn right i will

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just want to say that I did that expecting to never look at it again. But today is the day I look at it and give up half way through..

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

thank you, nearly forgot to

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Done!

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Doooooone... Muahahaha

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Definitely did that knowing I probably already have it in my favorites several times over already.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Exactly what I did! How did you know?!

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Favgotten

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have so many exercise things saved for "when I start." Tell you what I'm gonna be real busy. Like 600 reps of everything every day, if I--

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

wanna do the bare minimum of like half of these

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Those backwards tricep dips fuck up your shoulders. Don’t do those. Forward dips are fine, but those back things tear up your shoulders.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Several of these have pretty complex form cues that are easy to overlook b/c they're "just" bodyweight. Dips are for sure one of em

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Was looking for this comment. And sit ups don't do great for your spine either imo

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah. Have lumbar disc issues from those.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

So, what do I do when I've been skinny all my life but recently hit menopause and now have a round belly?

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Do you currently exercise and/or have you exercised in the past?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yup. I walk about 4 miles a day and eat healthy meals that I cook from scratch. Nothing has changed except a hysterectomy and menopause.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Perhaps it helps to do more “intense” exercise, for example ‘HIIT’ training.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s funny because they try so hard to push that but as long as calories in is less than calories out you will lose weight

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Tons of studies showing you can eat like a raccoon and as long as you have a calorie deficit you will lose weight

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wash our food in a stream before consumption?
