I finally own my dream car. This is the vehicle that got me into cars in the first place. Some kids grow up wanting ferraris- I grew up wanting this.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Mazdaspeed 6, happy owner of 4 years so far. Finally paid it off and making lists of mods. Its my tuner friendly family car X-D

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Haha ya theyre decent cars. Much more practical vehicle with a few fun options to toy around with, without destroying what its good for

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wankel.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nice @op! I used to have one as well and just last year I picked up an RX8. It's just not the same, but it'll do.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Always been interested in those. Never got to take one for a drive.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah I know what you mean, I just to own a 1989 ford thunderbird 45th anniversary perfect condition 39k original miles , I had to sell it...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I got merry and kids , not very practical

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A sad and happy story all in one

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yep

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Please, for the love of all things, keep it clean.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

its got 84k miles and kept in a garage. I may swap to 99 spec bumper/spoiler (has tails), but nothing will change past that cosmetically.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Nice. So many times I see people totally F up the car. maybe coilovers?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

(2) short shifter, twins were converted to parallel instead of sequential. makes about a 500 rpm different for boost, but no rats nest.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Already has. Its on Tein SS coilovers. Also has sways, larger primaries and secondary injectors, power fc, aluminum radiator, smic,

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

(3) the engine is a reman unit (with receipts), apex boost controller/turbo timer, turbo back exhaust, and more tidbits im forgetting.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

nothing needs to change cosmetically with these rides man. such fine curves

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i want one of my own man.. these things are beautiful and great on the road if you can keep care of that unique engine.

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 2

or get a LS swap.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 6

Or not

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Why would you swap a rotary for an LS?

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Probably because of the boost in ==> apex seals out thing.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Because it works? And I hate to say this, but reliability.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

Reliability

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Rotarys are trash. They're nice to brag about being original but ls is the way to go (coming from a 2jz guy who loves jdm)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

They're not a piston engine. Stop treating it as such. They're require different maintenance. Also look up why they're banned in racing.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I own an RX-8. Never had any problems with the engine.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Bruuuh..

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

What is it?

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 2

looks like a mazda rx-7

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

rx-7

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

1993 Mazda Rx7. Short version is its got a rotary engine, twin turbos, and its rear wheel driven.

9 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 4

One of the best power to weight ratios for a long time. Have fun!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Can do. Especially since mine is making about 100 hp more than standard

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Nice! I got a 06 Mazda Rx8, plus it's a Shinka. Aren't too many Rx7s around in decent shape anymore

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0
