So I post mostly about making shit and getting trapped in Hobby Lobby. Tell me what shit you want to learn how to make. I'm drunk right now but if the things listed below if most people comment with "hey I want to learn how to 'x'" I'll do a detailed instruction post on how to do that shit. Except for bourbon because that shit is illegal and I don't want to tempt fate as I have an awesome life. Like bacon? I can teach you how to make it. It's fuckin easy. Easier than your fuckin mom.
You like cheese? That there is curd from a Gouda I made a couple months ago.
Smoked salmon. Easy as fuck.
Pickles. Kind of a mess but not exactly difficult. These were delicious.
Bread. From a starter I made too. Not difficult. Even a moron like me.
The starter. Simple to make. Like drinking mistakesz
Corned beef. Super delicious. Want to know how to make it? Tell me, if it gets enough traction I'll make it again and detail the process in a post. I'll do all these with the weird parts of the processes that never get covered in tutorials and YouTube videos. Yes I'm drunk right now so what.
