Way to go, man! I'm always please to see someone accomplish healthy weight loss and equally as surprised when people downvote.

Sounds like a plan. I’ve dropped twice from 200lbs to 160. Now again back at 180. Keeping up the constant workout is not easy for me :)

What inspired the weight loss?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To help my anxiety, depression (from being over weight) and didn’t want to be in my 30’s and bs 250 lbs because I would have gotten more

From dude in same boat, fake answer: Just want to be healthy, etc. Real answer: want dick to look bigger.
