We have cosmetics for that. The dota 2 models you see here are more of a base model.

I thought AM was just the basic dark elf demon hunter model, and TB was based off Illidan who had wings and green glaives.

You're right but TB was based off of the corrupted/fallen version of the character so the one labeled "The Betrayer" would fit better.
