I think it’s safe to say that there’s a strong love/hate relationship for Wild Wild West. ?

Had to.

Avanti!

Ya. I love to forget this movie was ever made, I hate it when someone reminds me this movie was ever made

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's a stupid movie. I love it.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I can't think about Will Smith without thinking about Chris rock

Looks like fun

Hi, boys

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I saw The Wild, Wild West movie. Was disappointed that Robert Conrad didn't make a Cameo in it.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Tell me you went around doing this -

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's a fucking A+ amazing bonkers movie with Kevin Kline & Ken Branagh chewing scenery, thus I will not hear a word against it. Y hate fun?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"It's me, dear friends. ALIVE AND KICKING!....well alive anyway."

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Sorry,I just remember Salma...

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where's Artemus Clyde Frog?

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He's presently on another adventure.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It looks like they recast Kevin Klein with John Stewart.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Sounds like a good deal to me!

This movie taught me that critics need to shove their thumbs up their ass and keep it there. Folks should watch what they want, not what>

Someone mandates off their pulpit. And with streaming options or the 7 seas, the world is wider for viewing now

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

"Mandates."

That was a breast of fresh air!

A breath of fresh ass.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Underrated movie in my opinion. Pretty shit….. but a fun movie from start to finish!

3 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 2

I think it's on the same level as The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Which is good! I'd prefer that over any MCU movie tbh.

3 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 4

I'd prefer spy kids 3 over any mcu movie.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

Might be a long shot, but was this you guys? /a/WPdol23

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

If it is, I remember running into you almost every day at DCON 2019. You did this, ID4, and something else I think

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ayyy! Yep, that’s me!

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

My Grama used to say, Artemis is the one you should be looking at girls, he’s got brains, while we swooned over Jim’s butt

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Anyone ever hear Kevin Dmith's story about the mechanical spider in this movie? Pretty funny

3 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Have you heard that polar bears are fiercest killers in the animal kingdom?

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm so glad he got to use it eventually.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Classic Dmith

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Did the second pic happen in the movie? Been wayyyy too long since I've seen it

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It does, when they are trying to remove the magnetic collars West's magnetises to Gordon's belt buckle.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ahhh yes that's ringing a bell

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I adored the tv series far too much to ever watch "that" movie.

It didn't help that they changed my favorite villain, Loveless, so much.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They had a tv series about it first? Huh who knew.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I did not :o

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wild Wild West was a FANTASTIC B-movie. It is meant to be enjoyed not critiqued!

3 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 1

What don't people like about it?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It is a B movie that was pretending to be more. Smith supposedly even gave up the role of Neo for it. It is a lot of fun, but kinda bad.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Smith as Neo would have absolutely ruined the Matrix.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Eh, he is a good actor, and his take on the role would have been interesting, but I'm happy with Keanu

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

3 years ago | Likes 133 Dislikes 1

Thought that was Matt Berry for a moment!

3 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

He would've been great in the role too.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I did not remember Kenneth Branagh was that guy!

3 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 0

He really had some Danny Mcbride energy in it. I always thought thats who it was

3 years ago | Likes 115 Dislikes 3

Exactly what I thought of

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I was thinking the same thing!

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Thank you Barron fan.

3 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I always forget he's in this.

3 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

He did it as a favor, and wasn't credited.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What's this?

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The Adventures of Baron Munchhausen (1988).

3 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Come and see the ballroom.... Oh, look, another diamond...

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

‘88? So it’s like 20 years old then, right? Right?

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thank you, kind Imgurian

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Specifically it's a very coked-out Robin Williams as king of the moon from Baron Munchhausen. Such a great movie.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Wiki wiki wild wild west jim west, desperado.

3 years ago | Likes 597 Dislikes 0

I like referencing Wild Wild West to steam punk aficionados and watching their eye twitch.... behind their goggles of course

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Me and Artemis Clyde Frog gonna save Selma Hayek

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That all I could hear after he slapped Chris Rock ?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd just like to thank Snoop Dogg for playing a cowboy and not releasing a cowboy themed rap.

3 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 3

Fun fact: this is originally a Stevie Wonder song. Different lyrics though.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

And it samples Kool Mo Dee's "Wild Wild West"

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It also features Dru Hill

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Rough neck so go check the law and abide

3 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

Wild Wild West is one of my greatest guilty pleasures when it comes to movies.

3 years ago | Likes 336 Dislikes 1

It's so bad it's fun and good

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I gotta be honest it was one of my favorites as a kid and I think it's still pretty fun! Some pretty great gags and neat steampunk nonsense.

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Nothing with Kevin Kline is bad

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I wish my kids were old enough. We started it the other day and immediately remembered why it's PG-13.

3 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 0

I watch it only for that scene with Salma Hayek

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Honestly, that could be the tagline of several movies.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Especially the ride into the sunset on the metal spider?

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The metal spider (and Loveless' wild scenery-chewing overacting) are the whole movie for me.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It really is a breath of fresh ass.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

A breast of fresh air, really

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Alright let’s get some shut ass

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I still love that movie. Great steam punk stuff in there.

3 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 0

I never saw the movie. I religiously watched the TV show, though.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Movie is a terrible Will Smith vehicle. Kevin Kline is also wasted in it, hell Kenneth Branagh, too.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I didn't know there was a TV show! I assume that was what they movie was based on and not vice versa right?

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Correct, the tv show was from back in the sixties. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0058855/

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

correct! TV show was well ahead of its time.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

the director was nuts...he wanted to do a superman movie with nick cage but no S on the chest and have supes fight a giant mechanical spider

3 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

AND he'd have been in the Keaton universe. That's the best part.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I think it almost got made. There are pics of nic as superman out there somewhere

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I don't know if Cage'd Superman or giant mecha spider would be weirder.

3 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

The giant mecha spide is in the movie unlike Cage

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That was the producer. He was trying to talk Kevin Smith into doing the Nick Cage Superman movie with the giant mecha-spider.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

He clearly didn't care what movie had the spider, he just wanted to stroke his ego by getting the chance to say 'that was my idea.'

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Totally.
