I call shenanigans. The picture on the right is clearly a younger person. Can't tell if they're both the same person, because the left pic is hiding half the face, but if they are, the right one has to be the before pic.
I'm joking, of course, but it really does look like you lost years along with the weight. By the pics and comments, I'm guessing you're healthier and feeling better about yourself, and that's what truly matters, so honestly: huge congratulations!

Well the food looks absolutely delicious did it contribute to the weight-loss? Are you classically trained or a home cook? Is your SO ok with feeding me I cook too but it looks like I have a long way to go keep it up with both things ill be stealing recipes to up my game

Have to say I’m loving the Pilates thing too. Never would have done it if a friend hadn’t become a teacher. All my various middle age aches and pain is so much better now.

Yes! I was doing at home videos thru my exercise program and then my friend invited me to hot Pilates and it was game over for me lol I got hooked and can’t stop!

I cannot wait until the surgeon schedules my rotator cuff surgery. I cannot do anything for more than five minutes without massive amounts of pain. Soon, tho. Soon.

Oh I had issues with my rotator cuff and the pain is excruciating!!! Don’t wish it on my worst enemy .. hopeful for a successful procedure!!!
