Those butterflies must have been very curious to get stuck in bottles...

I thought there was going to be floating pig fetuses or something.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'll try and up my game;)

I am of the green faith so I think these are really awesome. In fact if like to know how to make some myself if you'd spare me some info.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Biodome?. No biocylinders.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

These are so cool, great idea

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks!

I have an apothecary-themed kitchen and have been making these for years, never knew what to call them. Resurrection ferns do well in them.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's like layered cake mix in a glass but for skyrim potions.

nomming butterflies intensifies

Rending of poor baby butterfly wings intensifies

If I've learned anything from Elder Scrolls, those are all fire resistance potions

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

I lichen those

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Some of the lichen from Scotland too:)

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Worst shots ever

They will grow on you. You wood not think so, but after trying one you won't be able to leaf them alone. You should branch out.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lol! Depends on how drunk you are!

7 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Crunchy.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Lol you’re supposed to inject them dumbass

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Hmm....

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I vaped mine! That “Turquoise Butterfly” is the strongest smoke in all of Colorado!

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Looks like butterfly wings with empty mantis oothecaes (eggs) with some moss standing in water

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Each one different... Some have resin on the bottom that looks like water to hold items in place.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm not trying to say its mediocre, I think they look great, just trying to give people an explanation of whats in them.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I hear ya...I should have added more pics. There's crystals, resin, moss, butterfly and dragonfly wings, mushrooms, plants

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

These are amazing! Made go look at you other posts of cool nature stuff.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Awesome! Thank you. I'm a huge nature fan so these do the trick for me especially now during our winter months.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Winter doesn't mean much here in FL. I know so many people who would love your stuff.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks:)

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am on the fence about this. I mean, more artistic talent than me, but .. uhm. I dunno. Someone with taste please explain.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Lol I didn't mean they were works of art... I'm just into nature(ery) things and thought they were cool. The bigger bottles are challenging

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Right on. Why not. It looks nice. Once tried a closed biosphere pot, and it backfired horribly

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sorry... Yeah these were all once alive plants and specimens now preserved and placed for decoration

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Looking like a Skyrim modder's resource.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Super cute! Where do you find all of those wings??

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

On butterflies, usually

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

A butterfly conservatory near me. Once they Expire naturally the curators collect any decent wings.

Not really. Just botanical decor or terrarium stuff. Moss, crystal, resin, mushrooms, feathers, butterfly wings and all sorts of goodies

7 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Have you made them yourself? They look pretty cool

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks and yes! I should have done some close ups too. There's a bunch of cool stuff in them

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If that's water at the bottom of those, they're bacteria bottles.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's resin not water

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ok, but that makes me wonder why you'd just have a half-inch of resin at the bottom of one of these.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

to look like water

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To hold the stones and mushrooms in place.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If it were filled. It's just at the very bottom. It would just hold a tiny amount of the stuff in place.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You made me curious, what are these?

7 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

Curiosity bottles

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Curious is good:) I wanted to make earthy little terrarium bottles. There's glow in the dark stones, mushrooms, ferns, moss I've collected.

7 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

These are great! Would you be up to post a tutorial or how-to?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Working on it! And thank you

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Doesn't the water at the bottom ensure it all rots and turns to liquid shit in a few months?

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

It's epoxy resin, so no. That's all cured and solid now to hold everything in place

7 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

Ah cool :p

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

:)

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Can't speak for OP, but artists often use clear resin for that stuff. Looks much the same, none of the moisture.

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

You're correct!
