So far: Extra firm tofu, lots of fresh garlic, some purple cabbage, and a huge carrot.
Half a can of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed of course. Ditto corn, plain simple unsweetened corn, but that had nothing to rinse off except more water. Strainers are your saviors!
Main flavors consist of: soy sauce, hot sauce, chili powder, freshly ground peppercorns in a pepper mill (need more efficient solution, the amount I require takes way too many rotations :/ ), and the aformentioned freshly pressed garlic
I cleaned up afterwards fyi
Left over spinach, still fresh. Rinsed just in case of salmonella, i don't know, I hardly want to do unnecessary steps :/
