It started with this post.
An idea that I'm a fan of, but apparently others aren't. I'm in green.
I'm definitely not the most passive person and I love to debate - but I will defend my point until I am proven wrong, and even then I'll keep going for a while.
So, she replied twice to the original post - the one above and this one. This one was a little more aggressive.
And towards the end of this is where it got confusing to me... And yes, I was being inflammatory.

Sexism stops the woman's promotion to Position Y. She remains at the lower Position X...where her low salary doesn't hurt the numbers.

And if it can be proven (or in some cases even implied) that the promotion was a result of sexism, it falls under Fair Labor Standards Act.
