Honestly, it's technically gibberish. The first two Kanji characters are backwards and written improperly. It looks like it's supposed to be 怪物 (kaibutsu) which means monster. Then the next part looks like なち小 (na chi chisai) which is kinda nothing, but it looks like they were trying for "little". My guess is the person tried to write "little monster" in Japanese, but failed. 小さいな怪物 probably.
