We are focusing on justice for all. The lack of due process is a major point for us since the constitution grants that to everyone. If someone is undocumented and that is proven in court (like it is suppose to be) then by all means, deport them. Granted I have major problems with our immigration system, but that is a different beast and argument.

When you get a civil violation for jaywalking, they don't just give you a fine and let you proceed to let you go on standing in the road. You have to leave the road or you get detained and physically removed from the offending area.
