I was surprised on how incredible they made Black Panther. Every time he was on screen, I got chills because of the great design of his costume, his motivation, and of course of how badass he was! For a debut of a super hero like him on the big screen, I was very impressed and can't wait to see more of him in the future of the MCU.

Now, we've all seen Spider-Man on the big screen from Sony Pictures. I admit, I grew up loving the movies with Toby Maguire. Andrew Garfield as the web-crawler, not so much. When I first heard about Spider-Man joining the MCU, I was happy but worried at the same time because that meant another recast. I was not sure who Tom Holland was when he was announced as the new Spider-Man, either. However, I feel now that this was the greatest on screen version of Spider-Man so far. Everything about him was just so great. What I loved most was the age of this version: very young, and I feel that more teenage audience members will connect to closer to this Spider-Man. Also, not much was needed to explain the origins of his story. Most comic book fans already know his story, so it was interesting for this take to not include the start of Peter Parker's powers. But of course, let's not forget the hilarious character that the writers made him be. I don't want to spoil the things he says, because I rather you enjoy them for your own first time. Almost every line he spoke made the audience laugh in the theater. They did right with this character and I am so glad that he's now a part of this universe!

What's MCU?

Black panther kinda looks like a badass power ranger. Not complaining, his suit is amazing

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Panther was the surprise badass of the movie like WW was in BvS, the difference being he actually mattered to the plot.

10 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Antman was hilarious.

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

I think Civil War was one of the best MCU movies.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Some MCU movies have been better than others, but I can sit and watch any of them and be thoroughly entertained.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

HOLY SHIT!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Spider-Man pretty much steals the movie. Once he's introduced you just want more of him. I loved the way the producers and writers made him.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Best scene in the movie, other than the airport, was Stark recruiting Peter Parker

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Sure your name isn't Tony Stank?

10 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

Agreed, Black panther was awesome... http://imgur.com/k0Oq73X

Hey, how'd you get that shot of me?

I seriously had this same conversation with my brother after watching the movie last night. I love the casting for both of them

My friends fit 5 people into a 2 door focus to go see the movie, and we were laughing histrically at this scene

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Best scene of the whole movie. I fucking loved that.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Followed by the approving head not at the kiss, amazing.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Tom Holland is by far the best Spider-man. Never forget Tobeyface https://youtu.be/YOTFxWAWuTo

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Spiderman was freaking hilarious. Him and antman made me laugh a lot.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I like how they didn't go over his origin again, just let us know at what stage his career was at and if the webs were mechanical or organic

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

*Spoilers under comment*

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love how during the after credits scene they left the possibility of organic web shooter open. Y'know when Pete's scratching his wrist 1/2

Yeah as an aunt I told my sis if a strange man showed up and went into my nephew's room and locked the door I'd be breaking it down.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ahh Tony Stank he's great at finding the avengers

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

I don't know, I didn't carbon date him.

10 years ago | Likes 150 Dislikes 0

One of the best lines of the movie.

10 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

when was that line? i dont remember it

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

After Spiderman started talking about the "old movie" Empire Strikes Back when trying to think of what the AT-AT's were called

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

ahh rightio, i forgot that, ha! thanks

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

After Antman became Giantman in the airport fight. Spider-Man said "guys do you remember that old movie" (refering to Star Wars Ep. V)

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

ooo right! ha thanks

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd just like to say that Ant-Man and Hawkeye each stole every scene they were in. From each other, if they were in the same scene.

10 years ago | Likes 191 Dislikes 3

Hi. I'm Clint.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hawkeye existed in this movie solely to continue his SNL sketches, but on the big screen

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Hawkeye has been doing that for the past 3 movies

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

GO ARROW MAN!!

10 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

I THOUGHT IT WAS A WATER TRUCK!

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Also does anyone REALLY REALLY want a Winter Soldier/Falcon movie now?

10 years ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 1

It'll probably happen at some point. Major marvel comics spoilers if you want them, but, there's basis for them "pairing" a bit.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Buddy cop movie? Yes. Yes so many hards.

10 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

Supposedly Thor 3 is going to be a Thor/Hulk buddy cop movie.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I want a Winter Soldier/Black Widow spy movie, but a Cap squad movie with Cap, Bucky, and Sam would be amazing.

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I wanted one after seeing them doing interviews and cons together for the last movie!

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Black Panther stole that movie. Lord, that accent.

10 years ago | Likes 112 Dislikes 5

Not to be crude but oh my god that ass. I thought it was CGI. It's not.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sorry, but I felt the opposite. He was a cliche "African prince" character, with the groan worthy "avench my fadah" story. Granted (1/2)

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 16

they put in some effort ("Wakanda" is fake, but the language was real), but eh, I didn't care about that character at all. (2/2)

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 16

I was just about to say that! The fucker's accent and voice are so smooth I slipped down my seat every time he spoke.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"Let them try." Daaaaaaamn!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Kiaptain

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just thought it was a bit goofy that every other time he appeared on screen, they had the subtle flute music

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Just saw it tonight. Couldn't help but think to myself that is one handsome man.

10 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 1

Right? And that scene when Cap grabbed the helicopter. These arms, man...

10 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Yeah, there was some definite man candy in this movie.

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Always loved T'Challa and the Black Panther tribe. If anyone if curious.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_l4A4JoRQQ

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

ScrewAttack made an Episode about Black Panther? Fucking nice.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Every time he came on screen I internally screamed. And the actor is from South Carolina which is where I'm from.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I first read "literally" and got angry. Some guys in the front row were talking, and I was tempted to kick them in the head.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

With "front row" I mean the row in front of me. I could have kicked them in the head, if I wanted to.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Really? He did an amazing job with the accent. I would have never guessed he was also from SC.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yup. Chadwick Boseman (t'challa's actor) played James Brown before captain america.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And Jackie Robinson.

10 years ago | Likes 0 Dislikes 0

He's playing Thurgood Marshall in his next project.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I like that they made Spider Man so young. It'll be interesting to see how he develops in the movies.

10 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 0

Frankly, Spiderman should be young and awkward. A lot of people forget that he was just a high schooler when he was bitten.

10 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

And a socially inept nerd at that. Toby McGuire was too old, imo, and Andrew Garfield was too confident.

10 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

Pretty much everyone of consequence he meets after high school. Jamming decades of story into senior year seems awkward.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

A high schooler for a couple years, and then worked at the Daily Bugle. Why is that little window of his life what everyone focuses on? 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Because that is exactly what the movie is portraying? He had his powers for a few months only. It is being focused on because it is relevant

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Sorry, not talking about the movie. It may fit as you say, but he was only in high school for 3-4 years in the comics, yet that's the focus

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because the Superhero movies always try to start with when they just got their powers and are just beginning, because the producers of the

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sure, he grows as a character later. He grows up, goes to college, works in the Bungle. But that is irrelevant for the movie since it is

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

the future.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It took them 14 years to nail an equal mix for both Spider and Peter, but they finally did it. And T'Challa/BP was just... beast.

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Also, one of his best lines [SPOILER] : "Let them try."

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Tony Stank was also great in this movie.

10 years ago | Likes 138 Dislikes 0

Everyone was great in it except for the the guys who wrote the plot.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

Possibly the greatest line in the whole movie.

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Absolutely not the greatest but it was funny

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 6

Greatest line: "Will you move your seat up?"

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Actually yes

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Table for one, preferably by the bathroom.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Table for Stank, Tony Stank!

I'd choose #TeamStank over #TeamCap anytime.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Best part of the movie

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

on a side note, has anyone seen that really old movie "Empire Strikes Back"?

10 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 1

It's not old!.... it's... it's classic.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"Ever seen the newer ones? Does anyone else think that Mace Windu kinda looks like Nick Fury?" - What should have been said

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Is that where they're on that ice planet?

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Andrew Garfield was fine as spiderman, they failed him with the script.

10 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 3

Good Spiderman, not so good Peter Parker.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

i prefer a good spiderman over a good parker.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

See I don't think he was that bad as Peter as well, again, the script just was not good.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I see this comment a lot, but I don't understand where people are coming from with it. Expand please

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Peter Parker is a nerd. Awkward, gangly, uncoordinated. The bite gave him powers, but he is who he is. When he puts on the mask, he does 1/?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They did that rather well in TASM. They sort of failed it in TASM 2 because they needed conflict between Peter and Gwen (borrowed plot SM3).

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

it to hide himself, and his fear from his enemies. All the bravado, sarcasm and quips are 10% Parker and 90% trying to cover up his 2/?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

insecurities. Toby did a good job of portraying Peter, but a terrible job of being the wise cracking smartass that is Spiderman. 3/?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But we can all agree that winter soldier and civil war are two of the best MCU movies to date

10 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 2

They're definitely my favourites. And if you want to round out the top 5; Avengers, Guardians, Captain America.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I actually thought the cinematography in Civil War was pretty bad. Way too shaky and way too many cuts in the action scenes.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Guardians of the Galaxy?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's the Russo Brothers. They've proven themselves twice over. I'm confident they'll do fine with Infinity Wars.

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

goddamn, i'm i pumped for those movies...

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Is Deadpool not a mcu movie?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Nope. Deadpool is part of Fox's X-Men universe.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

but arent there comics where he fights with/against marvel characters?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yeah. In the comics the marvel universe is all one. But different studios own the movie rights to different characters. MCU can't use x-men.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I really didn't like Winter Soldier.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 7

I'll second you for that. It was a good movie for me, but nothing stood out for me aside from the Hydra reveal.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Time for the pitchforks.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Well, I've only had one downvote so far, so more like blunt sporks than actual pitchforks.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

That's Imgur for you. There's always a community consensus that you're damned if you disagree with, no matter how wrong it is.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My hype was when they did this http://imgur.com/iTDNFn9

10 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

My buddy got that on a shirt specifically for the movie. :D

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good movie but literally everyone's motivation was "someone in my family died".

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Watching it I felt the Plot was the weakest part of the movie. It was still fine though.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I can forgive it for that airport fight scene. Been waiting for a scene like that since the beginning of time.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah that scene was pretty damn good, Spidey was fucking perfect!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I feel like they finally nailed the spirit of the Spiderman I grew up with. Silly wisecracking take nothing seriously but self-deprecating.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER uh.., yeah, that was the theme. Movie ends differently if there wasn't a cycle of vengeance

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Everyone? You mean, Black Panther. Because he was the only one with that motivation.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Iron man as well. and spider man even if it isn't mentioned.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Iron Man only found out about that in the last 10 minutes of the movie. How could that possibly be his motivation.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

It was just a rabbit in the hat that the bad guy pulled in the last scene for that last fight. To say that was his motivation for the movie

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

is pretty absurd.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER. And Zemo. And Tony when he finds out Bucky killed his folks. Even the woman by the elevator in the hall. Etc.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Zemo counts. Yeah, 2 people. Tony only found out about his parents in the last 15 minutes of the movie. You can't say that was his

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

motivation for the movie, since the movie is about the "Civil War". His parents were just the motivation for the last fight scene.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Plus the civilian casualties from both Sokovia and the city where Rumlow gets blown up are directly cited as the cause for the Accords.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

oh and the main villain who set the whole thing up.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

So... 2 people. That is still a few people short of everyone.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Woman Tony meets in the basement. Black panther. Main villain. Iron Man. Even spidey and Captain lost loved ones.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That is just cheap. Every single person lost loved ones at some point. In your logic, I guess every movie is about people losing loved ones.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i actually really liked the andrew garfield spiderman why does everyone hate them so much?

10 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 6

He did Parker's character badly. Like Dr. Banner said he was too confident. Parker was whiny and awkward. He also was too attractive 1/?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

for Parker. Peter Parker was not necessarily an attractive guy. He was a dork. With Spiderman he still was not to the sarcasm level or 1/?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

or wittiness level spidey is suppose to be. Not to say he didnt do a better job as spidey than Toby. Toby was a good Parker

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

I personally didn't like his Peter Parker, too suave lol but his Spider-Man wasn't bad

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think its either love or hate no in between. I personal thought he was awesome.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I kinda liked him too but this one is better

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think the new guy and Garfield make great spidermans. Grew up watching Toby and never could get into him as spiderman..

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It really felt like one long romance novel.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I didn't think it was particulary bad. I just throught that he was too confident as a Peter Parker. Peter Parker was an awkward dude.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He wasn't a funny and confident, only when he put on the mask.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

After he got his powers I remember him getting pretty confident; arrogant even.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That was Toby McGuire.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm not talking movies; I'm talking comics.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He got confident against bullies. He was still socially inept and awkward. Spider powers can't do anything about that.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's been my opinion that marvel hasn't made a mistake since iron man. I stand by it

10 years ago | Likes 233 Dislikes 17

Iron Man 2?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I will stand beside you buddy guy

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I stand by it too.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thor two was embarrassing.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You clearly haven't seen any of the movies that immediately followed Iron Man. They were the worst/most forgettable things ever.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Ironman 3 was pretty bad & was slightly saved if you watch All Hail the King. I still had no problem dropping $10 to watch RDJ for 2 hours.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

*cough* Iron-Man 3 *end cough*

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 5

Can't believe no on has mentioned the Fantastic Four movie...

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

I think he means in the MCU. Fantastic Four, the Spidermans, and X-Men are Fox and Sony owned and more or less they aren't that good.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Arguably Iron Man 2, but other than that, I agree with you.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

Iron Man 3 was worse than 2

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

1st Captain America movie wasn't up to the standard, IMO, but everything else since Iron Man has been great

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

The Captain America movies have got progressively worse. The First Avenger was excellent. The relentless superpowering of Steve is nonsense.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Steve IS super-powered, though. He's not just "a really trained guy", he's actually super-human.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes. Superhuman. Not a fucking physical god. Smashing the Mk46 with the shield edge and not taking his fucking fingers off? Nonsense.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Fantastic Four..?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Wasn't Marvel Studios. They had nothing to do with it.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And Civil War was a damned mess. The plot felt forced in so many places just to break the team. And the final fight was *still* horseshit.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

What about the awful villians? I love the mcu, but the villians have been bad.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Yeah, true. They've got really strong TV villains in the punisher, kingpin and killgrave.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The punisher isn't a villain

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I really didn't care for Thor: The Dark World

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

It was different

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

you got a little something on your nose

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thor 2 and Iron Man 2, AKA The 1st Infinity Stone Since the Tesseract and Dawn of Avengers.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a DC fan, I've enjoyed them. But hate the flak DC gets, not called for.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thor? Thor 2? Iron Man 2 & 3? They weren't terrible, but by gum they were bland.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Idk. I stand by the only actually GOOD films they've made since then are Capt America 1&2, Avengers, Guardians, and Civil War.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I thought cap 1 was their only mistake

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same list minus Civil War for me, they've had a lot of "meh" films with good action scenes and Civil War was no different.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The Incredible Hulk came out after Iron Man.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

the hulk with ed norton was my favorite solo marvel film

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

IMO that movie was just "eh". There was nothing wrong with it (other than Liv Tyler), but not very memorable.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

And it's still a good movie. I do think Whedon showed everyone how to handle Hulk, but it also set up the whole "unchecked power" thing

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

that Tony experienced in AoU and references in Civil War.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Kinda agree but most of their villains are forgettable and lack screen time to properly develop

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

That's what made this movie so good. The villain was mostly a side show and a relative nobody. I'm still waiting for red skull to reappear.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

At the same time, though, he was developed over the course of the entire movie. Or maybe I've grown rusty in my ability to see plot twists.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Mee too man. He's somewhere in space gaining awesome alien knowledge.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Honestly I thought Zemo was a really good example of how to do an in-name-only interpretation. He had a simple but unique motivation.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I think so too. The originals intent and purpose, but realistic and human interpretation.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Civil War was a better sequel than Ultron, and Thor 2 was relatively forgettable.

10 years ago | Likes 120 Dislikes 3

Thor 2 and CapAmerica 1 are my favorites of them all so far

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

The only thing I can honestly say that I remember of Thor 2 was Loki.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I really loved the Portal-esque fight scene at the end. Granted that's not enough to carry a whole movie, but it was fun.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I can agree to the thor part. Honestly cant remember the plot. Great Thor, meh movies. Does well not stand alone.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ultron was pretty disappointing for me. Really predictable and it all rushed. Too many people, too many threads and all glazed over.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It tried to introduce all those new people to set up CW. Not a great movie, it's more of a stepping stone imo

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It definitely felt very rushed, yeah. Ultron was one of the Big Bads of the MU, and in the movie he seemed kind of ... ehh.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

forgettable doesn't necessarily mean bad though, right? I think that at least.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It was fun, I just couldn't really tell you much about what happened other than something with ill-defined bad guys and an infinity stone.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Same. They had to set up that infinity stone somehow I guess. They did fill out Lok's cahracter more pretty well though which is nice.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I watched Thor 2 and then watched It a few months later and was like... damn I watched this already. It WAS literally forgettable.

It should have been titled, "The Sassy Loki". Because he stole every scene.

AoU had to happen to set up the fractured team. Thor 2 is a better movie than the first one, which is IMO the weakest Marvel film.

The only thing that makes the Thor movies worthwhile is Loki/Tom Hiddleston

Hulk is not a MCU film. Or did you mean The Incredible Hulk?

Actually the events of the early 2000s hulk movie are semi-canon to MCU. The Incredible Hulk begins where Hulk ended; in South America.
