Two goats wonder onto bridge

Yesterday, two goats wandered away from a local farm and onto a beam on the Mahoning River Bridge.
When discovered by the PA State Police, both Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and PA Turnpike employees worked together to help save the goats.
