Sounds like the ones throwing hands were just enforcing the rules - a Nazi's display is by definition an expression of discrimination and threat to exterminate or forcibly displace those they hate. Violence is always appropriate against one whose chosen identity is inherently espousing violence.

That's a man who has beaten at least several asses in his lifetime. The fake lunge shows him his target is either unwilling or unable to avoid him if he decides to strike, or doesn't believe that he will actually throw the punch. When he realizes this and commits, he leans in. This gives him forward momentum, and twists at the waist so that he pulls energy from the hips/legs. This is a MEAN right cross, demonstrated on the best possible medium. Fuck Nazis and bless this man.
