Theoretically, federally overturning any states abortion law would have to be a constitutional amendment now though, no? Per the 10th amendment - that right/restriction isn’t explicitly stated in the constitution so it falls to the states? Aka - States are allowed to make their own laws to govern themselves, so long as there isn’t a federal amendment that inherently or fundamentally contradicts it. Someone please (politely) correct me if I’m mistaken on this one.

I didn't read the link, but I agree with those exceptions you've mentioned. My gut tells me 90%+ terminated pregnancies are perfectly healthy human beings, and simply the result of an 'inconvenience' for the Mother. I'm against those 90%+ terminations of human lives.

I think there is a grey area in most yes/no topics. If I were to choose the less-then 10% of unrealized abortions causing the mothers to die (from banning all abortions), vs 90% of unborn humans being killed (all abortion being legal), that's a tough decision to make. Who's life do we want to choose to end?

You literally don't have to choose. You can scream at your congresspeople about how women need emergency healthcare, and still insist on other restrictions if you want, but you literally don't care that women are dying. You're not even considering that as an option.
