I’ve been thinking about this literally since a week into the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in the US. It’s funny how it took a global crisis like this to effect all kinds of changes, good and bad. One personal example is that my wife’s hospital has been talking for years about starting “telehealth” where doctors can have virtual appointments with patients who would normally have to travel long distances to the hospital. The technology has been there for years, but the hospital has been delaying for multiple reasons, valid and to ridiculous... but in March of 2020, everything changed. So, it literally had to take a global pandemic to... get her hospital to finally allow virtual visits!
A wider example is that it only took a global pandemic to finally reduce pollution in the Los Angeles area... so let’s hear how your lives have changed good, bad, funny, sad, or how the world has literally changed before our eyes!

Exactly! It took this craziness to get my toddler to finally learn to wash his hands with actual soap and not just water.
